Very beautiful place, Campsites are amazing, you can step outside to a beautiful lake. One of my top 10. Wish I could have stayed longer and during cooler temperatures.

Most all sites are either lakefront or lake access and are easy to park in. Easy access to dump stations (there are 2). Plenty of shade, sites well marked. The only negative is the hosts could do better with site cleanup between campers.

need more showers, there was a family of 3 that took up the showers had the door blocked where you could not get in for over an hour.

Very peaceful park. Despite being an older park it is well maintained. Park is gated so no security issues. Note the gates are locked at night and reopened early morning. The RV parking was paved. Slight incline toward the lake but with a couple of leveling planks was easy to resolve that. The site has good power and water services. No sewer but there is a dump site up near the entrance of the park. Sites nicely spaced apart. Lantern holder, picnic table, bench and gravel pad at each site. Fire ring and grill. Who can ask for more! Perfect experience for some down time and relax. Friendly and informative staff at the gate. Do prepare and have everything needed prior to arrival. My sincere thank you to the Army Corps of Engineers for providing a very beautiful park. Look forward to returning very soon.

We were able to get a site right on the lakefront. Being right on the lake and the breeze coming from it was enjoyable. Most of all, the other campers in the area were really friendly. Will definiently visit again.
