What we saw was a very big disappointment for us. First time camping in our new RV and I cant even tell you how much we were disappointed. First, there was poison ivy everywhere. Not good at all. Second, when you parked your RV the ground was so uneven it was impossible to have your camp set up the way you would have liked it. This will be our first and last time to camp at Holiday.

Huge slope off steps of campers on most sites. Our site and experience would have been excellent if not for this. Had to be very careful coming off steps and going to fire pit and picnic table so you wouldn't fall on roots and slope. Having a bad knee just made it painful and scary. We saw a few sites that a pad was made so you could exit steps and sit under awning without fear but those are very few our site was definitely not one. Also 3 to 4 inches of dead leaves and debies all over like it hadn't been touched for 6 months housed many bugs that would not have been there if it had been cut or blown previously.

The facility is very old. We were at campsite 50. It was covered in poison oak, right next to the
Picnic table. Also if you have guests and have more than The allowed cars, there is zero parking near the entrance. The park attendee is extremely rude and has no suggestions to help. The bathrooms are disgusting and do not work. We won’t be back, although we were told if we didn’t like the facilities or the rules then, “we didn’t have to stay here”.
