While we understand many of the rules have changed over the past few years, I think you need to teach compassion to your hosts. People are on vacation and are ready for a great time only to have a person that seems to not like their job, cant ask how you are doing, loaded with bear to greet you, and never says enjoy your stay, have a great time, and just not the person to be a host. We arrived July 2nd. We left the 7th and the couple there were precious, smiling, accommodating and the perfect hosts to be representing Holiday. We have been going to West Point for over 25 years to camp. Not the first time running into this issue, but when trained they need to be taught customer service and how to treat people especially while on vacation. With their families.

Everyone was so friendly. The site was absolutely beautiful. We had a great time and hope we can stay longer next time.

we needed a few days of quiet. We received what we went there for and more. The park attendants were great.

Debated on wether to not to submit review because this place is a hidden gem! Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the week. The hosts we incredibly personable as well so a professional, willing to lend a hand and knowledgable about the area. Beautiful spacious site, easy access to water (which the pups LOVE). The site was within walking distance to facilities which offered clean showers. Pump-out station easy access with ample room to maneuver. We look forward to camping here next year.

I was very impressed by the hospitality and helpfulness of the employees and campground hosts. Each spot had an amazing view of the lake. The grounds were very clean and well-kept. I will definitely return soon!

Our site was beautifully licated, the park was clean and manicured. The showers were clean. We were very pleased and will be returning.

We love Holiday Campground. It is clean, quite and well maintained. Its one of our faves!
