This campground is very peaceful and beautiful. There are plenty of sights to see and things to do. The camp hosts were very nice. I was able to pick up a T-Mobile signal from the site I was at. it wasn't always a strong signal but there was a signal. AT&T on the other hand was useless. The site I stayed at was very nice and away from the other campsites but it was near the dump station and on occasion when others were using the station you did get a bit of an odor but it only lasted a min or two.

This place is really great: The sites are level with good space for extra pup-up tents or equipment. The bath houses are clean and well maintained. I like that the sites have both fire pits and standing cooking grills along with picnic tables. There are no real hiking trails, but you can access the lake from two different locations plus the boat ramp. The campground is close to a major shopping center (Walmart, Lowe's and all kinds of eating places plus old town Ellijay is a wonderful place to visit, shop and eat.

Beautiful campground close to the delightful little town of Elijay, Georgia. Sites are level and far enough apart for privacy. Facilities were all very well maintained. We'll definitely be back.

Doll Mt. is now one of our favorites and we will be back. Love the very simple arrival procedures (self register). We appreciated the availability of staff, yet they were not a constant presence. One negative was having to be in the gate by 9p.m. we felt like adults with a curfew. We also had a staff member (Marty) go above & beyond returning an item we left behind after arriving home (in FL)

Clean, private site with a nice picnic table, firepit and deck nestled in the woods. Must drive or bike to beach. Close to a boat/kayak/canoe launch area. Peaceful and beautiful large lake with mountain views.

Beautiful Park, loved our site especially the privacy. I think we found another site that will be our favorite in the future. We wish there was a nice hiking trail on site. We drove 23 miles for our hike. Staff was very cordial and helpful. Would be nice if there was firewood sold on site. We will definitely bring our Kayaks next time.

Arrived to find there was no power. I had called the day before and was told it was all clear and we were good to come. Drove 2 hours only to have to turn around and go home. Not acceptable!

hosts helped us avoid kangaroo camping, as others fled hurricane, we were able to change from different sites every night to one continuous sitedue to watchfulness and helpfull nature of hosts. They are singular in our experience and exemplary for the corp of engineer facilities
