Campsite was not cleaned up. Had to blow off a lot of straw and leaves from site. This debris creates a slippery footing (especially for ladies) to walk on. Otherwise a great deal and a peaceful stay at this campground. We will come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cotton Hill. The staff were friendly and knew where to go for anything you might need. The campsites are large and we love the pads to park on. The additional parking is a real plus!

We love this park and it's setting right on Lake Walter F George. It is well maintained, the restrooms are immaculate and the hosts are always so helpful and kind.

Our favorite place to camp. Disappointed that Cottonhill will close again this fall and winter, please get work completed this time.

The park is clean. You need to look at the pictures of the sites close. Some have a sharp incline that causes the rear of the travel trailer drag. The fire ring and table spaces are large and flat. Wonderful to have others over with room to spread out.
Our group of five campers did family CHRISTMAS in our spot with Christmas tree and 14 chairs. Lake is beautiful. Full hookups worked well. We plan on revisiting.

Really enjoyed our night at Cotton Hill. Had we found it earlier we would have stayed 4 nights. Lovely campground with beautiful lake front sights. Full hookups, no complaints. Beware however that some sights have sharp angles that could cause bottoming out.

I just love Cotton Hill. The sites are spacious, views of the lake and water fowl are great and all areas are clean.

Close to Eufaula, with a well stocked store just down the street ( dollar general ) this is a great place to spend a couple weeks. My brother had site #1 and I had #2 over Christmas, great sites for dogs to run and catfish for dinner.

Excellent surroundings, quiet and peaceful location. The workers seem to do a great job. The restrooms on Old Mill Road side needs updating to be more accommodating to handicap visitors (wheelchair bound patrons). Also there need to be an program to help eliminate bugs, flies and mosquitos from restrooms. (terrible).Also the washer / dryer areas need to be cleaned up and updated and reopened to the campers. Even public Laundromats are open during this pandemic time now. It is a long drive to a Laundromat to wash you clothes. (Approximately 20 miles). We really like the area and uniqueness of the campsites.

This is a WONDERFUL campground that we love going to. It's very clean and kept up. Been several times and will be going back. Not happy with the "no visitors rule". I registered 7 people, but was told unless they spend the night they couldn't come in. I might understand if I had not registered them. What's the difference of them coming in for a day, and spending the night? That rule needs to change.

Wonderful campground. Has sewer hookups, beautiful swimming area, and a great dog park. We love our camping trips here and will continue to come back.
