The grass needed cutting.

Grass needed to be cut. Limbs were all over the ground, needed to be picked up. Trees near the water line needs to be trimmed and brush removed so water can be assessed easily. Maintenance crew appears to ride around instead of working.
Dogs were running loose without leash. Waterline on site 66 has been leaking for over a year.

A really well-kept full hook-up campground. We had the water shut off for about 2 hours for some repair, but was pleased to find that camp hosts sent out a text well in advance to allow us to fill on-board tanks.

It is a great camp ground our site was 55 great views water was close a play ground was right in front of the site we have already got site 54 booked ready to go back

Camp ground host were very bothersome. Camp to our camp site twice with issues. Once was telling us where to not set up our tent even though it was even set up yet plus they had slur speech and felt like they needed to explain themselves to our 7 and 10 year olds. 2nd was wondering around site when we were gone because they had issue with parked truck half on gravel and half on grass.

We were in site 55, a water-front pull thru. Site was level with full hook-ups and in good shape. Park was quiet and at full capacity. The areas where this park was lacking was showers could have been a lot cleaner and grass in our area badly needed mowing.

First time visiting here! The spaces were huge with wide open spaces! Very Quiet! We loved everything about it! Clean bath houses and restrooms! We can't wait to go back!

Great walking and hiking trails. Clean restroom, Hot water, but curtains in shower areas limit privacy. Heating in bathrooms excellent. Well maintained sites and beautiful views of easily accessible lake.

We love Cotton Hill. We plan to come here every year on our way to and from Florida. Lots are large with a water view. Staff were friendly and helpful.
