We just stayed 6 days on Site 36 and it was fantastic. The camp hosts were very friendly, polite and professional (especially Dennis and Margaret). The Anderson crew were cutting the grass and they too were polite and professional They were very cautious to not do any damage while mowing. We will be definitely be back

Cotton Hill is always kept so clean. It is nice to know things are being taken so well care of. We like that you no longer take "walk up" guests and that people have to register online. A good safety measure for guests and hosts.

We have been coming for over 20 years and have always enjoyed this campground. The past two years we have noticed the cleanliness of the facilities going downhill. We spent several days without toilet paper in the bathrooms and them being extremely nasty. There used to be daily cleaning but now they are only cleaning every three days at most and that was with a full park on spring break.

Campsite and campground were beautiful. The attendant at the gate Bobby was less than pleasant and could use some people skills. Also, the campground should invest in a key pad for the gate, as you are locked in from 10pm-7am. So if you have plans to arrive late at night, or are sure seeing, make sure you arrive back by 10:00 otherwise they will not let you in.

Quiet, semi-secluded but with a woodsy feel. Thoroughly enjoyed the 4 days and look forward to the next visit.

This was our first COE Campground and we just loved it. Site was right on the lake and very level. We were able to walk our kayak down to the lake from our site. We were in #36 and although the site next to us (37) was right behind us, we didn't feel crowded. Lots of shade on this site which was perfect in June. Very quiet campground. Some of the sites have a pretty steep drop down to the pad so be careful when booking. This is the perfect campground if you have any type of boat or kayak or if you love to fish. Trails aren't meant for bikes so we didn't use ours. We will definitely come back.
