The campground is nice, but the facilities are poor. No heat in the bathroom and shower. The washer and dryers did not work in either laundry room. We had to beg to get our fire pit cleaned out. No cover on sewer connection which was plugged with leaves. I had to clean it out so I could connect and expect it to work. I asked for a cap so I could cap it when I left. 14 days later when I left, still no cap. Park ranger was at the front office when we went up to ask for some assistance and she snuck out the back door and left with out even talking to us. We like the campgrounds but service and facilities are poor.

The gentleman and lady at the check-in office were the nicest people, and very helpful. I asked about the site #19 and if my low Airstream would go down the entrance to the site OK - they said should be no proble, and they were correct (downhill into the site, then level). The site was great - backed up to the water. There's an extra paved portion alongside for an extra vehicle - watch out for the concrete bumper/stop at the end of that portion - the trailer had to keep pretty far to the driver side to avoid running over it (from the black marks and chips, not everyone missed it). We got 2 bars Verizon & AT&T. Site had a good clear spot to set up my Starlink Mini.

This was an exceptional COE campground. Full hook ups and spacious sites. We were right on the water in site O19. We will camp here again when in this area.

Beautiful campground with horrible hosts. Not sure why these people are hosting when they obviously dont want to help and are rude to new campers. Rangers office was also no help. Suggest USACE do a quality check on staff attitude.

We just enjoy going here to get away and my husband loves to fish while we are there. It is a very nice place and only about 2 hours from our home,

Really nice Campground was taken care of for sure, the campground host were super nice and all available Campground information was given to me when I arrive.

Everything was very good and the area around cotton hill is very nice. Providence canyon is a must see attraction. Only problem we had was backing into site #19 our spare tire carrier drug on the pad due to the incline and the hole in the driveway just before the pad. Same problem pulling out.

We love this campground. It is always well maintained, quiet and peaceful. Every site is just as depicted on Recreation.gov, every site is spacious and they are not to close together. There are sites for tents,, travel trailers and large motorhomes. The hosts are always helpful and friendly. A great place to stay. We go for fishing, so I can't say what sights are close.

Gates locked at 9:00pm. Absolutely no way to get in after gate is locked. Why not a gate code like every other campground in America?

Squirrels, squirrels and more squirrels.. . our dog was going crazy. Good place to walk and not have to listen to the world. Not a place to swim though.

Beautiful getaway with waterfront views. The park is well designed and sites are nicely spaced. A hidden gem.

Only stayed there one night on our way back home, but the fact that our site had full service (water, electricity and sewer) was a PLUS! The campground was clean and easy to navigate. Due to signs in the area warning campers of alligators, we were not able to walk our small dog by the water. No worries as there was plenty of space at our site to walk to dog safely on a leash! We'll definitely stay there again when we have more time.

Nice clean and mostly level sites. Loved the incredible lake views and access. Our site felt secluded with an open field out our door with the other sites at a distance. The hosts were extremely friendly and informative. We will definitely be back!
