It is a very nice and clean campground with plenty of room in your site. Watch the Ospreys was a lot of entertainment.

We love this campground. We were on Site 35, site is level concrete. Dish satellite works good but you have to have a 100’ cable to get satellites to receive. Starlink will work but you need a long extension cord and a waterproof box to put the router in to get to a point to receive satellites. The camp host are very friendly and professional.

Great park, large sites spaced apart, most shaded and just about all waterfront, full hookups, bathrooms clean ,warm and hot showers. Laundry facilities. Love boat access and ridding bikes, kayaking too. Camp hosts were very pleasant and helpful.

Very relaxing. Quiet peaceful place. Lake is beautiful. Friendly personnel. Enjoyed walks on the paved road and also in the woods on the trail. We will be back!

Cotton Hill is a beautiful campground. However, there were a couple of of things that really take away from this campground. First, the people in the office were extremely rude both at check and when questions came up during our stay. Second, this is the only campground we have ever stayed in where a passcode to the gate was not provided to the campers. We were told if anyone came in after 10pm they were out of luck. No late check ins! This could also be a liability if someone had to leave quickly due to a medical emergency because the exit gate is locked. Although we loved the campground, we have second thoughts about staying again because of these issues.

We always enjoy our stay at Cotton Hill. It is beautiful and peaceful, there is a nice nature trail, and it is easy set up on the sites. The sites overlook the lake, every site has a fire ring and a grill. It is our favorite campground to go to.

We camped in site 35 and loved it. Everything was peaceful and clean. I was disappointed that the playgrounds and swimming area was blocked off to no access. I don’t think you can get covid by swimming in a lake.

We felt like we were a bother to the staff, and not very welcoming from the time we arrived at the gate till we left.
Our camp site views were excellent and the site plots were laid out nice! Would recommend.

I’ve traveled from the Keys to Alaska via RV, and this is one of my most favorite relaxing campgrounds - waterfront views beautiful across the river/lake (known for championship bass fishing), great forest and wildlife, huge private campsites, nice dog park, great amenities including sewer at site, received a few PBS channels by antenna, good Verizon coverage, remote setting but 25 min drive to Eufala, AL gets you all the major stores and a beautiful old South town

Cotton Hill campground is one of my absolute favorite places to stay. The campsites are full hookup in the first loop and the landscape is just amazing. The camp hosts at this park have been some of the best I have encountered. Although I rarely use the bath houses, they are always clean. Being right on the lake is one of the best parts of staying at this park. Abundant wildlife can be seen day and night. The Canadian geese love this area in the winter. This is a very relaxing place to stay.

We were able to just relax and take in the beauty of God's creation. So glad the sewer system is up and operating again.
