Hosts are WonderfulSites are bigMost are very shadyGood place to walk your dog or ride a bikeNot far from a dollar general or a WalmartNo hiking trailsCan swim or boat right from your siteNearest boat ramp closed by the Corp this year so kind of inconvenient to launch your boat without 2 people one to drive the boat to the campground the other to drive the truck and boat trailer back to the campgroundBoat launch that the Corp did not close is not close to the campground Beach area is ok but could use some upgradingRestroom/bathhouse is older but extremely clean Sites are level and are asphalt with gravelGood cove for kayakingCan also do some fishingCan see wildlife lots of deer in the campground saw turtles in the water and a big Herron in mornings in the cove Sunset grill within walking distance right outside the campground at the marina

Park is very nice and family friendly The hosts are nice also The 11:00am check out time is ridiculous Had to book an extra day so we had time to pack upStated by Corp that 11:00 am check out needed to give hosts time to clean sitesWas there for 2 weeks never saw a site cleaned after camper checked outI love the campground but there is no reason for 11:00am check out

We stayed on site 52 in October. There was so many walnuts crashing on us, our camper, and our truck that we left days earlier than planned. The campground is beautiful, but not worth the damage and sap covering everything.

The hosts were very helpful, the campground was great. I just wished there had been some place to hike or walk to out of the campground. Plenty of hiking around but you have to drive to get to it.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
