Love this site. It is so pretty, the lake's always so picturesque and typically so peaceful. We have stayed here several times. The only complaint would be related to noise, and I am not sure of it's origin. We were on site 50 but could hear pounding music till the early hours (around1-2am).

This campground was clean, and the bathrooms were clean. The camp host was very friendly, but the only thing I found was poison oak all over the trees next to the site

Lake view was great, but the pull through was not level (lot 50). Wiyhouy roll up pads, we had a hard time trying to level the camper. Staff was great.

Host was very pleasant and accommodating. The pull thru sight view was amazing but the surface was unnecessarily uneven. Also my rig would not totally fit without unhooking and required me to park at an un pleasant angle.

Lady who works check in check out banged so hard on my camper door I thought it would break, only to ask me when i was checking out. I had back to back reservations because the system wouldn’t let me add to existing reservations. She was very rude. If they don’t like dealing with the public then they shouldn’t work with the public. I paid to stay and expect to be treated with respect

Quite the little chipmunk and squirrel haven! Wonderful sites, clean bath houses and well managed. Will be back. It is an urban campground close to many city amenities.

First I'll say what I don't like about Victoria: 1. Victoria is good for short stays (2-3 days), but no longer due to lack of full hookups, and none of the campgrounds on Allatoona are. I'm assuming because they are managed by the USACE but I'm not sure. This isn't a problem if you don't use much water. If you do, buy a portable waste water tote and plan on emptying your gray tank often. It kind of makes camping a lot of work, which takes away the "relaxing" portion of your experience. Oh and emptying your gray tank on the ground will get you thrown out of the campground. I never understood this because gray water is actually good for plants and grasses. It is basically fertilizer. But rules are rules.2. The campsites are not very well maintained. BBQ grills in disrepair, broken and unlevel asphalt, etc. During camping season, poison oak/ivy is everywhere. Plan on your kids getting eat up in it if you don't watch them closely. Also watch your pets closely, as they can get it on their coat and get it all over you and your family. Now what I do like:1. Victoria is my favorite campground on Allatoona, but if you have a boat and want to tie it off to a tree onshore close to your campsite, you may want to consider other campground like Clark Creek. Victoria's shore is very rocky and will damage a hull. Not a big deal if you have aluminum pontoons, but the rocks will scar your pontoons up. 2. The people who run the campground are nice. 3. Victoria is close to a marina, and a restaurant. Overall I like camping at Victoria because I love the lake. If I'm not planning on boating, I prefer KOA, DeSoto, or a campground with full hookups.
