Bring your ant poison and your lawn mower. Oh and a bathing suit you don't mind wearing in not so clear water. People working here are super nice. Overall good place, especially for paddling.

Our family gathers at Sweetwater Campground every year on Fathers Day. Our parents started the tradition and we have been getting together there with all our kids and grandkids for 40 years. Some stay a week and some can only come for the day. It's a great way for our family to keep in touch and our kids to get to know and appreciate family. We always have a great time.

Too many people renting camp sites to just park their boat trailers for one. The road was block most of the weekend with the boat trailer or their vehicles. It was very hard to get out and in out camp site! They also keep their boats parked around our camp so it was hard for us to get our on boat on our camp site at the water. We didnt get to Fish like we wanted due to all the boat taking up our space on the water. It takes away from family that want to camp also by letting people reserve camp site just to park their boat trailers on the camp site. They had Jet skies going really fast in and out and almost hit my children on several different occasions. It was not a good camping trip !!

The site was filthy. The people before us threw dirty diapers and plastic containers in the fire which was disgusting and foul smelling that burned entire time. Food dumped all over the site, chicken bones, eggs, baked beans. Dirty grill plate dumped in grass. At least ten batteries thrown in the grass. Unbelievable. They should be banned forever from all ha state sites.Restrooms closed due to clogged pipes. Probably the same people. No restrooms was not fun.
