Park was clean. Employees were friendly. Several dogs were roaming the park off lease.

We had a wonderful stay at Sweetwater Campground! The two ladies at the check-in station (a married couple) were incredibly friendly and professional. They greeted us with a warm welcome and made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. We really appreciated the routine patrols by the park attendants, which helped maintain a safe and peaceful atmosphere. The comfort stations were very clean, and the staff throughout the campground were all extremely helpful and kind. One improvement wed recommend is that the gate lock times and emergency procedures be clearly explained at check-in. This important information wasnt discussed, and it could help avoid confusion or safety concerns for campers arriving late or in need of assistance after hours. Our biggest complaint was the lack of proper water hose adapters at the dump station. Other nearby Army Corps of Engineers campgrounds offer hoses that connect directly to a campers black tank flush system to help loosen debris. Sweetwater did not have this option, which made the dumping process more difficult than it needed to be. Adding this simple feature would greatly improve the experience for campers.Overall, Sweetwater is a beautiful, well-maintained campground with friendly staff and great amenities. With just a few small updates, it could easily become one of the top camping destinations in the area.

This was a beautiful site and a well-manicured campground. Look forward to returning in the spring

This is a very well maintained campground on the shores of Lake Allatoona. Even with temperatures in the 90s, we were comfortable on our shaded site. If you enjoy boating, swimming or fishing, this is the place for you. There is a small playground and lots of places for children to ride bicycles. We did not use the bathhouses but the grounds were well kept.

Very nice campground, clean and quiet. Nice size sites and easy to back into. Many campgrounds leave trees that are obstacles to backing into site or the slide outs.

Campsite #92 was very easy to get into. Although our neighbors were very loud all day and most of the night. Many Children playing in our campsite and the adults blasting music and yelling at the kids and each other. It wasn't the relaxing weekend we had planned. But we enjoy this campground very much overall.

This is my favorite camp ground so far! It was absolutely beautiful there. If you need a place to just be present with nature, this is it. The bath houses were good too. Hot hot water and clean. The only thing the campground lacked was WiFi, but I was able to get over 30 local channels with the antenna, alone. We will visit again.

Had an awesome time at this campground! Our site was perfect for us, right at the water where we could leave our boat in and walk right down to it. Our grandson loved it! Had a nice little grill and picnic table, and it was a pull thru site which was especially easy for me lol (the wife). The couple at the front where you check in seem a little high strung when you check in, almost like drill sergeants but they are just making you are aware of the rules and keeping the park clean and safe. We will definitely be visiting here very often, and btw we stayed at site 92

Overall a fun and safe campground. Some sites a little unlevel. Tricky for a fifth wheel.

The campsites at Sweetwater Creek are spaced with distance between each site. The shower/bath houses were very clean and the management was very helpful with any questions that came up. We'll definitely be camping again at this excellent campground!

The campsite was awesome and even though a severe storm had hit 24 hours before we arrived the campground was clean and functional. Tree removal was still going on but it did not effect our stay. We will be back again.
