We stayed at site 11 for 2 nights and this was a roomy site. The campground is unkept with overgrown trees. The bathrooms were old and definitely and unkept and not usable for showers. Our site had electricity but no water. The only site on website for a 40" with water was 43. However, we looked at many sites with water that would have accommodated our 40" MH (no toad) easily and one of the hosts said we could move to any empty site with water if we wanted.What really got my craw was that they charged $6/night for elec hookup and a booking fee! Something we haven't seen at any of the 20+ campsites (13 gov't campgrounds) we've stayed at since we started RVing this year. No plan to return unless we have no other option traveling home to NJ from warmer places...

Nice campground, enjoyed walking around the loop to get my steps in!! Only a one night stay, so cant say much about destinations, etc.

We loved the campground beautiful grounds and wildlife. W I have limited mobility and getting to the restrooms was a bit of a challenge.

Love this campground! Bathrooms are nice. Handicapped bath is excellent. No water at many sites. No electricity or water at many sites. Where there is electricity, it’s 30 amps. Beautiful campground. Quiet.

Beautiful campground can accommodate big rigs. Thirty amps max on sites. Only a few sites have water. Some sites with no electricity or water. Shower houses are good. Host very friendly.

Very nice but not as good as Grindstone was. Sure wish the Part service would get off there rear end and get Grindstone back open.

All is very good at Stony Fork. Sure, wish would get Grindstone back open. Seems with all the money being spent by current Fed's be no issues getting Grindstone back open. What a mess.

Excellent campground. Sites are spacious and nicely separated. All restrooms and showers on one side of campground but not a real problem.

We wound up arriving a day early, but our site was open. I had messed up and reserved an electric only site. Luckily the park host Rodger came to our rescue. He drove me around and showed me the rv sites available. We picked a great one and loved the campground. The sites are remote, quiet, and dark. We will have to come back!

We were scheduled to stay one night however after setting up our fifth wheel the truck broke down. We didn't know how long repairs would take and others were scheduled for our spot in the park, Keith one of the camp hosts went out of his way to call future reservations to let them know of the situations and cleared our spot for two weeks. Thanks Keith!

Beautiful campground with a mountain stream running through it. Few if any sites with individual water hookups but plentiful water faucets near all the campsites

We really LOVED this campground! Trees, creek, fall color, trails, nearby stores, a SUPER host, Jack, the terrific space between sites....more hiking trails nearby...a PERFECT spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings! We cannot wait to return! I cannot praise this small beautiful campground enough!!!

This is our favorite campground to camp at it separated from other campsites. My kids love riding the trails and around the campground itself. We all just love it. We have been coming to Stoney fork for years and we continue coming as long as we can.

Quiet campground, even on a busy summer weekend. The sites are not too close and allow for some privacy. The sites are large however some are a bit tight for the larger campers. This causes some folks to park personal vehicles on grass and/or road shoulder. There are several bathhouse facilities, clean and in pretty good shape.
