This is one of the nicest COE Campgrounds weve stayed at. Staff is very friendly and helpful, bathhouse is clean and well lit, camp spots are all concrete with covered gazebos and it is right on the water as usual. We will stay again.

Always enjoy our stay at this park. Sites are excellent and the renovations that were made to the power pedestals and water bib certainty enhance the stay here.

Nice place to camp. Shower facilities are terrible. Shower handle ready to fall off. Not clean at all. They need a new shower facility....period. The money this country spends on ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS who are criminal to begin with, they could put sewer at every site and build a new Shower house. NUFF SAID

It is a very nice campground, and one of my favorites, but I wish there were a couple more RV sites. I know space is limited, however.

Very nice camp spot . All amenities and reasonable price. You can fish there as well. We just used it as a stop along our journey.

This is a small but gorgeous little park nestled along the inland waterway that provides passage through the locks to the east and west coast of Florida. St Lucie South is located in Stuart which is a beautiful coastal town. Many great restaurants and excellent boating/fishing in this area. Championship golf courses are all nearby. Called this area home for 18 years and love coming back to visit and stay in the park.

Extremely quiet and clean campground. Beautiful water front views, easy to navigate in and out of campsites with a Dually/30ft Airstream. Crackle Barrel, Publix is 10 mins away, fuel is 5 mins away. Will definitely come back as we had a nice, quiet getaway.

Very scenic location, you can watch boat navigate through the locks. Close to stores and other businesses. Tucked away behind a residential area. There was some confusion on our reservations as a result of me have to reschedule but the attendant was very pleasant and it worked out just fine. Lots are good sized and some large trees are close buy so stringing up a clothesline do dry our scuba gear was not an issue. 50 amp hookup at every site and some had two water spigots available. Nice gravel area for the picnic table and the canopies placed over the tables actually provided shade where needed. Each site has an outdoor grill, fire pit with grate and a lantern post. Easy back in to every spot and some are drive through. The dump station is just as you leave and has a long hose for flushing. Some of the sites are on the waters edge, you can fish from your picnic table. We saw locals fishing and landing fish. Some BIG boats come through the locks and that' neat to watch. Staff are available and very easy going. They make the rounds but respect your privacy. A most excellent camp site.

I liked the facility and the staff. The volunteers were super nice and very helpful. I just wish that I had known that the launch at Phipp Park (sp) was out of commission.
