visited family, visited the Seal Museum and enjoyed the camp site. Although it rained, it was fabulous!

St Lucie South of one of the best facilities in the Corp network of campgrounds. Always clean.

The 9 campsites are in good condition. However several improvements to be completed to improve or bring the campgrounds up to the private campground standards. First and foremost the restrooms need to be remodeled to appear fresh, clean and up to date. They are dingy and in need of face lifts.

Check in host made it a lot of fun, and shared a great amount of information about the area. Park was clean and attractive.

What a lovely place. Whats not to love about camping right on the canal. And their restrooms were very clean. Did not appreciate the giant frogs by the restrooms

The campground was clean and quiet. The staff was so very helpful and friendly. The setting is beautiful, set along the waterway and the operating locks and dam. The visitors center, along with the locks and dam, offered educational experiences for young and old. Wonderful experience!

Great location, plenty of places to walk the dogs and nice and quiet.
It is surprising that there is no place to deposit recycle materials, (i.e., cans, bottles paper, etc.)

Not enough RV sites. Would stay here more often if availability wasn't so limiting. Demand for this campground far outstrips the supply of available sites!

We always enjoy our stay there. We were able to book a river camp site and enjoyed the views. The camp hosts were fantastic, Victoria in the visitor center was most helpful.

Great place to spend a little camping time. Quiet, fun watching boats through the lock, clean, well kept.

Nice sites, boat launch,close to shopping. Negative is that watching boats lock through is no longer allowed and crossing the dam to the walking trails is now closed.

We lucked up to find a few days in January for a canal front site #1. It was perfect. Spacious level site, water & 50 amp and such a great view of boats waiting to go thru the locks. We'd come back here in a heart beat!!
