Beautiful unspoiled beaches, clean campground with paved pads, nice hiking trails. Bathhouses are in the process of being renovated- long overdue! A new feature this year was 5 gal buckets available to campers who want to pick up debris. We would take 1 with us when we walked along the sound side beach and left the area a little cleaner every day. Great concept.

We love this park and go here often but will have to reconsider. The campground is run down and in need of major maintenance.

We are never disappointed with Ft. Pickens and the National Seashore. We spend most of February here each year, no tow vehicle, and never get bored with running, cycling, collecting shells and watching sunsets from the beach. I appreciate the laundry facilities. If you want resort facilities and activities, this is not the place for you.

Beautiful beaches, much history, and wonderful trails. Camp sites are good sized. Showers need work but are useable. Bathrooms are clean.

The campground and experiences were great, except for getting inside. We were arriving late and started to call the offices at approximately 3:00 PM., way before closing. We had no success and finally arrived at about 7:00 PM. Luckily the person behind us at the gate gave us the access code, and made our two(2) day stay pleasant.

We were very excited to see all the repairs and improvements since our last visit. It seemed all the campers were compliant in where they parked their vehicles, which made it a lot easier maneuvering around in the campground and the grounds were in so much better shape. We love Fort Pickens and hope we can continue to visit for many years to come.

The staff at the reservation office was TERRIFIC!!! Thanks so much for accommodating a last minute switch when one camper in our party had to cancel due to an RV breakdown. Could not have been more pleased with the way this was handled. THANK YOU!!!

We are traveling the country from CA and are just going with the flow of things by finding places to stay as we go. So glad we stumbled onto this campground, the beaches are awesome and the Fort was a really cool experience but the highlight was seeing the Blue Angels practicing on Monday and Tuesday.

We had a wonderful time. The beaches were heavenly. The bathrooms were clean. Our campsite was spacious and comfortable even in the rain.
