Not very well mowed/maintained. Mens toilets had oblong bowls but very small round seats. Has a varied style of RVs. Bathrooms arent air conditioned. Closed the dump stations while there.

Three issues:1. The mens room toilet seats are circle (not elongated) and very small. Its a MENS room. Typical male anatomy doesnt work with those seats. Have one of your men test it out. Whomever purchased and/or installed those toilet seats needs an education.2. The men's and women's rooms were 110+ degrees at all times. 2pm or 2am, 110+ degrees. Who leaves the heat blasting in the bathrooms when it's end of May and 90+ degrees outside? There was a camper taken away by ambulance on 5/29 for heat exhaustion. Please, turn off the heat!3. Site C15 is shorter than the other sites and does not allow one to park both 20-foot length pull behind camper and vehicle in line. I was able to fit my vehicle perpendicular to the camper on the pavement pad, not in the grass, not on the gravel, not in the road. Three seperate times, while I was loading / unloading, I was interrupted by the ranger, telling me to move my vehicle to the overflow area, ASAP or ill get a ticket. I was on the site pavement, not in the road. I wasn't even permitted to park it there temporarily to load / unload. Pretty ridiculous that I could fit the vehicle (all 4 wheels) on the site pavement just fine with room to spare... but since I had to drive over 12 inches of the site gravel /rocks (not grass) to do it, it was a violation because it was not in line with my camper.

We were only there for a weekend but had a great time camping. We met several other campers and had a wonderful time. Bath house was nice. Restrooms were clean. Beautiful sunrises on the white sand beach. Went and ate at Peg Leg Pete’s on Sunday night. Will visit this campground again.

The hosts were wonderful, the showers were clean, they had very clean washing machines and dryers. We enjoyed Fort Pickens, the bunker and the beauty of the whole island stretch. We also drove east to sightsee, the blue angels were practicing and the beaches were easily accessible. We had a wonderful time.

Quiet, nicely maintained, very helpful rangers.
The sites could be lengthened a bit so that cars don't have to park crosswise and stick out on the road.
There is plenty of room in the middle for it. bring them out to their electrical boxes.
