I bought a travel trailer a year ago when I retired it was especially just to go to this spot beautiful place. I would say the best beach and all of Florida and Ive been to all the beaches.

My family and I had an amazing time here last weekend! My sister and I took our kids camping, and it was bittersweet seeing that it was our first time back in about 26 years. Our dad took us as kids, and it was nice to pass on the tradition to our kids. They absolutely loved it and cant wait to go back! Seeing everything brought back so many memories and I was so happy to see it hadnt changed much!

Love Ft. Pickens - the big draw is, of course, the beach! We saw the Blue Angels practice 3 times - always a treat. We arrived in a gale warning and didn't set anything up for 2 days. The beach was beautiful - more people than we have seen before but there is plenty of space.

Loop A especially nice, bathroom and laundry/kitchen area helpful, clean.Beach walk and nature loop very nice. Fort Pickens visitors center and self guided tour was a highlight

The campground was clean and well maintained. Our camp site was rocky so it wasn't the best tent site, but we made it work. Bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities were all clean but some fixtures need to be replaced. Overall was a great time and we recommend the park.

First it's beautiful there, and having the beach only a five minute walk from the camper is great. Fun areas to explore, campground is nice, restrooms are clean and showers that you can adjust the temperature with great showerheads. I like.

Great camp ground, Loop A IS THE BEST

Our main complaint is that we were in the A Loop and only two of the four showers were working. Also, there is a big poison ivy vine growing in the bush at the back of the parking pad at site A31 which your camper will touch if you back it all the way in. Otherwise, we had a veery good experience and even got to see the Blue Angels practice! .

Fantastic visit and really enjoyed the history. Graduated from University of West Florida 30+ years ago and always look forward to seeing the beauty of the Beach. Staff was great and we really enjoyed our visit!!!
