There was not enough space for parking my vehicle. Full hookups would be nice as well as a store like Dollar General.

Campsite was very nice and clean!! Did not have any shade on the site but was not a problem, loved the location. Campground was kept clean and the grounds were kept mowed and clean. They had a great hiking trail around the fort. There was access to the bay side of the island and easy access to the gulf side for doing some buggy board surfing. The surf was just right for swimming, the kids loved going to the beach. Showers could do with an upgrade but were usable. We will be back when it is cooler, the weather was in the +90's when we were there lots of sun and heat if that is what you are looking for. The campgrounds are great for any mode of camping, with lots of tents and trailers, RV's when we were there.

The campground was well kept and all but the primitive sites have electric and water hook ups. The campground host was very pleasant and took great care of everything. The proximity of the campground to the Gulf of America beach was also a major plus. The only minus is some of the shower facilities were in great need of renewal.

The camp hosts were all very friendly and helpful. The Fort was very interesting. The kids loved it. The beach was wonderful. There was plenty of room so you didnt feel like your space was being invaded. The fishing was not good but crabbing for blue crabs was great. Im ready to go back for 2 more weeks.

Campground is always great to visit. Cant beat the view.They need to upgrade the shower areas and dump station.

One of my favorite campsites. Plenty of sun, sand and breezes. Sites are spacious. Make sure you load up on essentials, as it's a long 8 mile ride at 25 MPH LOL

Great campground for a private beach. Bike riding was amazing. We rode our bikes to the beach and to the fort. Loved getting a front row seat to watch the blue angels practice. The host were extremely nice and visible all throughout the day.

Was so happy to finally get a spot here. It lived up to expectations, level site, nice amenities, but no shade. Next time will try to get a site on the outside of the loop. Easy walk to the fabulous beach. Only downside was laundry dryers did not adequately dry but it was a surprise to even have a reasonably priced laundry. Loved having the Angels overhead.

Very nice campground on the far end obc beautiful Santa Rosa Island. Great proximity to Ft. Pickens where you are allowed to climb around and explore. With Pensacola Bay on one side and the white sand beaches of Gulf of Mexico on the other, you have endless opportunities for beach combing, fishing, and water activities.
