Beautiful location. Host campers leave much to be desired. Basically looking for rules being broken rather than providing information about the park and the area. When the national anthem is being played please be a role model for all and stop your cart remove your hat and be respectful.

Positive: Campsites are clean and not piled on top each other. Beaches are beautiful and not crowded. Negative: Showers and bathrooms are horrible and not sure if they have ever been cleaned. Not allowed to use outdoor showers. There is a six inch barrier around the dump site , makes it difficult to empty portal dump containers. Watch a few people dumped more raw sewage on the road than in the dump site.

E2 is only partially shaded with all afternoon/evening sun on the front half. This site is longer than most. I had a 25 bus and a 2 door Jeep with room to spare. The showers/restrooms are not vented well for summer usage. Even the cold water is hot! Washer/dryer is in restroom building in C loop. Dryers do not dry well. Be prepared to run 2xs. Each machine is $2.50 a load.

Always have a great visit to Fort Pickens on Pensacola Beach. Even though the Red Flags were flying, the beach is always beautiful. We enjoy the beaches on either side of the Campground, and the new Check-in procedure saves time also. The National Park is always clean, and theFort, walking trails and revetments are always an enjoyable trek.

Nice, very deep site for someone who needs room for both an RV and a tent. Humongous pine tree on site that provides shade but also leaves sap on stuff so plan to keep your awning in. Walking distance to bathroom in both E and D loop. They are very serious about combined trailer/tow vehicle length, there is overflow parking but you may not get a spot thats close to your site.

Beautiful park, amazing location. The volunteer park hosts are petty tyrants who are rude to guests and make the experience less enjoyable.

We stayed for the first time this past week. Lots of shaded campsites and beach access was in walking distance.

Great campground and location. Terrible host this season. Other campers around us has similar experiences with the host being rude and unreasonable.

Beautiful, well maintained campground-plus super friendly staff. Well definitely be going back to explore things we missed. Loved watching the Blue Angel practice over the water.

Campsite was clean, hookups worked fine. Laundry facilities needed attention, some of the machines didn't work and were not fixed while we were there. Showers need clothes hooks, all were missing in the showers that we used. The campground was evacuated for bad weather while we were there, we were supposed to be notified when they would re-open. We found out that they re-opened the next day without notifying us that we could return. We had already gone home (Indiana) when we found out. Not a good system for people that aren't "connected" to the internet by phone.

Beautiful area. Campsite in great condition, met our needs. Electric and water both easily accessible. Short walk to amazing beach. No development behind the dunes, just nature doing its thing. Looking forward to returning for more of the same.

The trail to the northern terminus of the Florida Trail then back to the campground on the bayside beach is a great short hike.
