in the middle of the night. People doing drugs with children in the tents, fist- fighting in the middle of the night, and men who were in the area visiting massage parlors were caseing the rest of the campers in the campground. There was drunk driving with children in the back of the trucks, and general chaos.
I'm a local, it is normally a very peaceful and tranquil place, however, I was disrespected by three female staff members as a female combat veteran. I was ridiculed, lied to, told to stay off the property against my civil rights and A.D.A. Rights. Fortunately, I discussed the criminal activity on the campground with the Chief before her subordinates decided to treat me like a low down piece of shit.
My reservations were manipulated at the facility more than once by the female park service admin's and their supervisor "Jane". I have just checked my cancellations and have tried to get a refund only to be locked out of the facilities information to obtain the actual refund. Furthermore, the reservations are accessible from the computer system at the facility, as again, my reservations have been manipulated where I can't get a refund. I have the screenshots to prove it. This is the first time I have ever not felt safe at Ft Pickens. It's not from a lack of funding, if it takes 3 park workers to run one computer to harm and disrespect a combat female veteran. The stress was so horrible as a combat veteran, I ended up In the hospital directly due to the chaos, and deliberate attempt to trigger my combat stress, and cause emotional discomfort. It was my 30th Anniversary from coming home from war...
