This place is beautiful. The campgrounds were very clean, camp host's were very friendly. The fishing was Excellent, although the Game Warden needs to keep a look out for poachers. There was many people from one group who obviously were fishing illegally, 2 people fishing, up to 8 poles in the water, and a cooler full of fish when they left. One thing I did not like was having to pay a day use fee of 10 dollars , I paid 28 dollars to camp there per night. I have never heard of having to pay a day use fee after paying a camping fee. After all when you camp, you ate usually using the complete area for recreation. I feel the management company there is taking advantage of the situation by charging an extra 10 dollars to use other areas of the property. Other than that I really enjoyed being there. Would definitely return, specially if they do away with the Day Use Fee.
