Great location. Great camp hosts. Great weather.BUT-The quality of guests has changed for the worse. It's like they have gone from "Campers" to "Concert attendees"No respect for the site , other campers, or the posted rules.Blatant washing of heavily food covered dishes at spigots.Leaving garbage behind at the lake.Walking right through other people's campsites, no matter the time of day while talking loud and/or walking their dogs. No adherence to quiet time hours.Making a mess at spigots and pushing "leftovers" down through grate.If this is similar next year, we will have to abandon our annual trip to Ice House and find another place not overrun with people who show no respect for the campsite or others trying to enjoy it.

I appreciated that the campground workers cleaned the bathrooms daily.

GREAT Camping Spot. But, If you change your camp spot once the reservation already started (after midnight day before), there is no way to allow the campsite to post to other campers that it's available. Otherwise, we love this spot for camping!

Great spot, caught some huge trout, just remember that it's bear country lol. Make sure to lock up the ice chest! Had a great time in spite of the Bear. He was picky and only ate the good sausage and not the cheap hot dogs lol

Had a multi-family camping trip with children and had a great time. We got a double site for tent camping and were able to fit 3 tents. The site was clean and we were able to access the lake easily. The lake was not crazy busy with boats so the smaller kids were able to swim without much worry for a lot of activity on the water. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with toilet paper. I have camped here a couple times and will continue to keep coming back.

Beautiful campgrounds. Restrooms were clean, campsites were clean. Dog friendly and could oversee the lake from our campsite (Boulder #50).

Site 052 says "full shade" but in fact has very little. Recommend shade canopy system if its hot. It's a spacious and good site otherwise. There's a fairly steep hill at its back. The site isnt super private with about 4 other sites clearly visible and fairly close. The water is practically at the front of the site which is nice. I yearned for the bathrooms to be a tiny bit closer. It's a perfectly fine site but there are definitely better ones out there.

BEAUTIFUL spot nestled back in the high mountains between Pollack Pines and South Lake Tahoe! The reservoir was a great size for us to get our tandem kayak out with the family (also sizeable enough for watersports, fishing, etc). The camp sites are nice, well paved, pretty flat and have great sun coverage and an awesome view of the mountains.We will be back! One of our favorite campgrounds in CA thus far!

Hosts keep this faciltiy clean. We really like the remodeled campsites (done in '22). More space & footage per site. Enjoyed the lake.

We had a wonderful stay! And Bassi Falls was spectacular. The only problem is our neighbors were heavy smokers. The wind carried their smoke right into our tent, on the inside as well. I recommend the campground adopt a non smoking rule. That will also reduce risk of accidental fires. Thank you!

The campground was very well kept. The water was beautiful a bit cold but wonderful to cool off. Not many swimmers, lots of personal boating items like paddle boards. Bathroom were not terrible but typical camping toilets. People respected quiet hours. On site firewood available for purchase was awesome. Pet friendly which was awesome. Overall great stay.

This is a wonderful high sierra lake camp site. The water is surprising warm and clear. The views of the mountains is worth the drive. The campsites are all large enough for a good size group. The restrooms are clean and close. For us, the weather was perfect the four days we were there. I have gone every year for the last 6 years and will continue this. Shade was abundant and welcomed as it was hot. This is a good site for families.

Campground on Boulder loop is very nice. Lots of water spigots and clean pit toilets. Great views from some of the sites. Our only issue was showers were out of order. Boo! I swam but my wife spong bathed. Great week despite not showers.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
