When we arrived and found out that the site map had changed and our reservation was not the site we reserved, the camp host helped us contact Recreation.gov and get a refund. Ashley, the camp host, was extremely helpful and kind. Sarah, at Recreation.gov, submitted a refund request on our behalf, and we received the credit on my credit card in approximately 2 weeks. Thanks so much for understanding and being flexible with your policies and understanding everyone has different situations. There still are human beings out there!

The campsite was very clear and organized, including bathrooms. The hosts were very kind and had firewood for sale. The short walk from our site to the beach was perfect (and we had one of the further sites). Great for families, friends, couples etc. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be back

We haven't camped at ice house for awhile. We were pleasantly surprised they had redone the whole campground and did an amazing job. It looked so nice and was very clean. The website listing the actual camp sites is not up to date, fyi. The only negative, wish the large parties would show a little more respect and not party til the wee hours of the morning. Otherwise, we had a wonderful trip.
