Spacious campsite, # 50B, with sun and shade, plus an incredible view of Split Mountain. Close to trails and exhibits, including a must see "Wall of Dinosaur Bones". Echo Park was fab, but check with Rangers on road conditions. $$$$ to get towed out of there. Even went for a swim in the Green River to cool off. Fun place, far exceeded my expectations.

We were only there for a night but cannot wait to go back to spend more days there to explore the trails. The campsite is very nice with the most beautiful views no matter which site you camp in. Highly recommend staying for a clean campsite and exploring the outdoors!

Very pleasant and nice river walk directly from the site.

Pretty nice camp sites with lots of shade, not the most private but not bad. Clean bathrooms with running water are nearby, but not too close. Firewood is available from a self serve station with cash or venmo for $7/bundle. The river hike starts from the campground and was a pleasant surprise. The fossil wall at the visitor center is amazing!

We enjoyed Dinosaur National Monument very much. The various aspects (canyons, dinosaur bones, petroglyphs, beauty) were all unique and interesting. I wish there were more pullouts on the road. I would have liked to take photos of the geologic layers after the rain, when the colors were very bright, but I could not find many pullouts. There was a beautiful picture of low clouds coming over the cliffs, but, again, I could not find a place to pull over to take a photo. The campground hosts were very helpful. We stayed in two campsites in Green River Campground--one was quite busy as it was near the river, and the other secluded and quiet on the edge of the grounds. I wish we could have stayed in Split Mountain Campground, which has a spectacular setting, but there are only group sites available.
