Caution: we were robbed at our camp and had to cut our stay short one night and two days. We woke up to no coolers or totes and some missing gear. Unfortunately, the insulin was in the cooler so we had to pack up what was left and leave by 8 am. When we told the offsite camp hosts, who were really nice, we were informed this is a common occurrence, often with multiple campgrounds being hit the same night. We feel fortunate, as there were several stories of people having thousands of dollars' worth of gear stolen, and after many years of camping, this was our first theft. On a lighter note, we had a lovely time before the incident. The lake was beautiful, saw lots of wildlife (deer, hawks, osprey, bald eagles, ducks and geese). The lake was calm with some kayaks and paddle board activities and fishing. We would actually return (once the freaky feelings are gone) but lock down and put away everything!

Beautiful experience but restrooms need improvement.

It’s one of the most beautiful Campgrounds in Oregon with the absolute worst management. Trash bags everywhere, poop on the toilet seats, reservation signs with the wrong names/dates on them. It’s run very poorly. Too bad. Wasn’t like that 10 years ago.
