We stayed Monday - Thursday and it was quiet and relaxing. We did some paddleboarding on the Lake and enjoyed the sunshine. You have to try the Broasted Chicken at Manley's Tavern - it's the best!

We had an amazing time at Spring Campground on Crescent Lake! The campsite was clean and the campground well kept! The hosts were amazing and very helpful to answer any questions!

Forest service campgrounds are great. The host was very nice and there aren't as many useless rules as state parks. We've stayed at spring campground for many years and it's always been great.

Great campground. And short walk to the lake.

The bad: There were multiple generators running during hour that were unkind. One ran from about 8am until 10pm. The good: The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The sites were as expected.

Campgrounds are great, the rest rooms were always out of TP and could stand a little more cleaning. We always come every year love the lake.

This is a beautiful campground I have been staying here for thirty years but I have seen little to no updates in this time it would be nice if they used some of the money from this busy campground to do some maintenance

Beautiful mountain views. Shallow beaches create warm water in for lake swimming in mid July. Lots of motorboat and day use activity on the lake from 11-5 but it quiets down outside of those hours. I usually camp in quiet and more remote places. If youre out and about during the day and come back to camp in the evenings, its a fairly nice place to camp. Site 71 is pretty exposed, but theres a little bit of shade. Definitely bring a shade tarp or tent.

Besides the mosquitos everything was great! Come prepared for the mosquitos. From 7-10am and they came back around 7pm.

Crescent lake is our favorite. Also loved this campground so close to good swimming spots.

The campsites closest to the lake were close together but with magnificent views. We stayed towards the back of the campground and the sites were huge. Toilets were clean and odor free.We brought a mosquito tent to set our chairs etc, The mosquitoes were feisty.

Be aware that this site is listed as being a 180 driveway thats a pull thru. It is neither. It is a back in spot with a very sharp angle and the driveway is maybe 40 long. We had planned for a travel trailer with a truck and 1 extra vehicle. We had to smash into the spot and it was pretty stressful. The number post had the site #s scraped off many of them and ours had a chalk written number. The site next to ours was the 180 pull thru and it looks like the camp host claimed it as his own. Thats fine but the site info needed to be updated. The beach was stunning so we were able to spread out during the day at the beach.

Camp host was extremely rude. Otherwise the site is lovely. Just avoid interactions with this guy!

This is a very nice park. Clean bathrooms and nice sites. Only drawback is the lake level is way down. Thought my site would be right on the beach, but had a good hike to the water. No problem for the young, but wife has mobility issues and only could walk to the water once.

You won't get cell service here but personally I enjoy that while camping. We have a roof top tent and it fit great in our spot. Beautiful views. Make sure to bring bug spray in bulk, lots of mosquitoes in mid june

It is a beautiful campsite, with fewer people than other sites around the lake. It was a little cold on Memorial Day and had a little rain but overall great experience. Campsite are well spaced with lots of room between them. The toilets are clean and well looked after. There is a little town 20 minutes away that is good for picking up firewood or any extras you forget.

Grandkids had a ball at the expansive beach. Very clean bathrooms and great camp hosts.

Was very disappointed to see all the little pieces of garbage at multiple campsites. Even some garbage on beach. A couple years ago I dont recall seeing any garbage. Is the Forest Service not funding enough supervision. And way too many people running generators all day. It was not hot. Why would anyone need a gen. running for hours? Some were old & very loud. I think camp hosts should survey this and impose restrictions in excessive noise when it ruins your camp neighbors enjoyment of the outdoors. Also kids walking through peoples sites. Comeon people. Have a little camper courtesy.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
