What an amazing long weekend. HUGE campsite, clean restrooms, convenient dump station, truly everything we needed for a great stay! The general store down the road was packed with everything you could possibly need. Fellow campers were respectful and quiet during quiet hours. Can't wait to find my way back here.

The facilities were well kept and the employees were very nice. It had recently rained so there were some muddy areas at our site. They offered to move us to another site but it didnt bother us. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience at Furnace Creek. It was incredibly windy each night and there was little to no shade, but overall it was an excellent campground and I would definitely go back!

Rangers were super friendly and helpful. Campground was well-maintained and clean. Individual tent sites were easy to locate. Cool spot.

The walk-in tent sites are nice and spacious, the bathrooms are clean. (and we really appreciated the dishwashing sinks, thank you!) Be prepared for cold winter temperatures. The nearby store was convenient and the visitor center is adjacent to the campground, with helpful rangers, a nice exhibit, a gift shop, and free wifi. Also the campground is not far from many attractions including the Badwater area, and the popular Golden and Gower canyons. Etc.

Great campground with ample room and very clean bathrooms. The night sky was beautiful. A little windy at night but that's to be expected in the wide valley desert. Will come back

This camp ground spot is amazing! It has trees for the tent and really clean tables, ground for picnic. We didn't expect this good condition of camp ground and enjoyed the night a lot!

Bathrooms could've been more sanitary.

So awesome that pool and shower access is included, even if it is half an hours drive away! The salty dust and air will make the half hour seem like nothing compared to being clean! Not only that, but I lucked into a great tent spot between some evergreens that was shaded all day long so the hot nights werent too too hot. Super windy, and be prepared for your tent stakes to not drive into the rocky soil. Bathroom facilities were ample, clean and well lit. My neighbors were all super nice and went to bed early; theres a real family vibe thats awesome.Cell service exists for calls/mms but I wouldnt count on iMessage or any appsit wont work. You can get some wifi/download maps by visiting one of the hotels, but better to rely on maps and books. I stayed at Texas Springs my first night since I couldnt get a reservation for that night, and it was also good but no shade trees and not nearly as private or nice. It is definitely worth getting the reservation if you can! Might be worth it to stay in Stovepipe Wells if you plan to dine out or want more amenities; their restaurant is quite a bit less expensive and thats where the pool and shower are. Just beware the sand dunes in a wind storm!Waking up to Death Valley Dawns is amazing and wonderful. I cant wait to go back!

Very nice campground. I stayed in one of the sites where it is described as a 'Walk from the car'. In reality, the car parking spot was right in front of the site and it was very convenient. These sites were also nice because there were no RVs and no generators. There are many restrooms and they are well kept, also lots of drinking water stations available. One thing to note is absolutely no cell service is available (have Google Fi as a carrier).

Everything went well except for the very blustery day -- maybe we should have packed ways to mitigate wind when cooking and enjoying campfire...:)

We were there the first week in November '21. The campground was clean and very peaceful and the night skies were spectacular! Best time of year in the desert!!

Wish I had stayed longer as this is a hub for a number of vista points and hiking spots.
Impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the helpfulness and cheerfulness of all the rangers I met. Campground was very nice - wish I had brought an umbrella tho. I loved it

Campground maintained well with friendly hosts available for questions and are out walking the campground daily. Tent area is nice with no RV or generators allowed. Large sinks outside bathroom helpful
for multiple parties clean up or dish duty.

Bathrooms are so clean and well maintained!

The only drawback to this site is that the walk in tent sites are ill-defined. This means a lot of folks walking directly through your site to get to the bathrooms! (I was in site 144). They are quite spacious though so pull your tent under the trees for more privacy and a wind break.

A lovely campsite, located conveniently near many of the main attractions. The bathrooms were well-lit and kept clean. Every site had a fire pit and table, and there was room for multiple tents. The ranch general store nearby has anything you might have forgotten you needed for camping.

great site and hiking but loud neighbours in the evening and also no masks in women's restroom
