Our trip was cut short due to the weather, but a trip to Death Valley is always great.

Great location in the park. Clean water. We stayed in the walk-in tent section which only required us to walk in about 50ft.The only negative is that there was no susp or hand sanitizer in the bathrooms.

My family and I enjoyed staying at site 133. Lots of shade and spots to put your tent to protect it if its really windy. We fit one small 2 person tent and one 4 person tent just fine, and we still had plenty of space for our kids and dog to play. Site is close to restrooms, water and trash bins. Table and fire pit felt a bit out in the open, but overall a great site.

A bit out in the open, had to move the picnic table closer to the fire pit.

Nice campground with plenty of room between sites. Enjoyed our stay, although we were woken up by a lawn mower from the golf course at 6 am.

Great central location

Nice spacing between sites, many with partial shade/separation by Mesquite trees. Restroom cleanliness is okay but could benefit from more frequent attention.

Great campsite, suggest bringing firewood as sometimes shipments to the valley are late by several weeks

The space was large and the restrooms were nearby.

I did not see a trash nearby, so signs of where the trashboxes are would be great.

Death Valley was amazing! Furnace Creek Campground was centrally located and a perfect place to crash after all the great hiking.

As usual the experience was great but the wind was not good and of course not the fault of anyone. The Furnace Creek area is being updated and it's appears to be very nice. This was my 12th visit and you can't beat the weather for getting out of snow or rain country in winter.

My experience was pleasant at Furnace Creek. The staff at post was nice and courteous. The visitor center was cool lots of souvenirs. Restrooms were clean. It's a busy site, but its because it's the best.

Furnace Creek campground was closed for a long time in order to be renovated. Well two-three years after the renovations restrooms are in poor condition, faucets, urinals are defective, pipes get clogged on a daily basis and restrooms get flooded. On the other hand during the night a constant, loud and very annoying noise brakes the silence that people are willing to have in Death Valley. The whole campground is bothered by this generator or some kind of pump that ruins every beauty of camping at Furnace Creek. After more than a decade we will not go back - mostly because of the noisy nights.
