This place is great. Has a long driveway to park the kind of vehicle you bring with you. Has many stones for you to randomly use. Bathrooms are nearby. Campfire pit is available for all slots. Feels safe. Food is available at a nearby place (few miles). Staff is great. Price is fair. Improvements could be having shower rooms and trash bins in all restrooms. Would recommend.

This is a great place to camp, the only drawback is that it is not in the park. I was told that it is connected through trails but not through roads. To get to the park, you would have to drive out. I would try one of the other campgrounds inside the park next time but this is a beautiful place.

I love Furnace Creek, it was my 5th time visiting. The only downside was some public drunkenness at the campsite one night that went on past 3:00 AM. The campgrounds needs to enforce the quiet hours more forcefully. Seriously, these dudes shouldve been kicked out. Otherwise we had a perfectly wonderful stay.

Overall the campground is a nice place. Fairly quiet at night. This site and surrounding ones in this section of the campground are geared more towards an RV stay. (I tent camped in this one due to the lack of availability of drive in tent sites during my visit) Plenty of parking and room for tents, the area is open and very close to neighboring sites.

The campground was very nice. The staff and hosts were very helpful. We had never been to Death Valley before so we had many questions. The bathrooms were very clean. The wash stations were very helpful to clean dishes. Our site sloped to the side so had to use level blocks, but otherwise very nice paved site.

Had a great stay at Furnace Creek. Clean facilities, quiet neighbors, accessible to the Visitor Center.

This is a great and conveniently located campsite. We had ample space and the fire pit and picnic table were great. You are a few minutes walk from the visitors center and a short walk from a general store at the resort. Even with the lights of the resort you can see amazing stars.

We stayed in this campground for 3 nights in winter and we loved it. The sites are spacious, they have full hook up and visitor center is walking distance. We enjoyed stargazing at night. Will definitely camp here again!

It is what I expected for Death Valley, considering the surroundings I think the campground was good. It might be difficult but maybe down the road it might be nice to expand the availability of electric service to more sites. Still, a good experience.

Only 18 Full Hook-Ups here at this site, so you are essentially dry camping if you don't score the Full Hook-Ups, somewhat limiting your time with an RV.

Very nice campground and site. Really enjoyed our stay with all the different hikes and sight seeing drives. This visit we spend most of our time south of Furnace Creek and enjoyed the following activities; Golden Canyon/Gower Gulch Trail, Zabriskie Point @ sunrise, Dante View, Twenty Mule Team Canyon and Artist Palette Drive @ sunset. To really enjoy Death Valley and appreciate the arid landscape you must get off the asphalt and experience the natural beauty of the canyons, gulches and vistas within the park.

Campsite was very clean and spread out. I did not feel we were on top of our neighbor. It did seem like there were vacancies even though the campground was "full". It would be nice if there were more sites with RV hookups.

RV spots are about 20-30 feet apart. Includes fire ring and picnic table. I stayed at one of the non-electric sites. Had everything we needed to boondock for two nights. Can ride bikes on the paved areas and explore Death Valley and watch beautiful sunsets. Would recommend.
