Had a great trip - ranger at the campground's entrance was extremely friendly and helpful. Grounds were clean and well maintained. While the camp was a little crowded, our neighbors were also very kind. Flushing toilets and running water was available - bring your own hand soap though! Park was breathtaking, Devil's Golf course and Dante's View are a must see.

Clean and nice campground, right next to the national park visitor center. No showers.

Very close to the visitor center and picnic area. A lot of shaded spots. My wife really loved the dishwash facility.

My friend an I had an awesome time! 3 days of exploring and one night with the telescope. I brought a Celestron 11" SCT and we were just nailing galaxies all night. We went to old mines, borax plants and a volcano. Excellent time.

For the first two nights we had a great campsite. The final night was across the fence from the private campground and a road. An RV in the private campground kept their generator running all night and a car raced up and down the road. Not much sleep!

We had a great time and enjoyed our site, 112. It was disappointing and there is no excuse for the dump station fill up late Thursday or early Friday and it not be serviced immediately since it was a holiday weekend. This can't be a new occurrence and the National Park should have a vendor on call to pump it out or fix the problem without delay.
