Well maintained campground with friendly and helpful staff. Close proximity to the visitor center and walking distance to the hotel. Great experience and our regular annual destination.

Everything was great with the facilities and our campsite. The camp hosts were really nice and on top of people doing things wrong. The only thing that was frustrating was seeing people camping in their cars or a small tent in the largest full hookup RV sites for multiple days. It would be great to have a check to make sure that the few full hookup sites be reserved for RVs only. Thanks, Ken

The campground was very clean and the sites are generous. The rangers on site and at the Visitor Center are courteous and gracious. We wished the weather could have been better (not the fault of NPS!) so we could have stayed our complete stay.

We have a memorable trip while staying at Furnace Creek Campground. During our stay in November the weather could not be better. Warm days and cool nights. The campground was especially quiet at night. The campground was kept clean and had a large area for you to dispose of your trash to keep your campsite clean. The big wash basin area was also nice and convenient. I would highly recommend staying at this campground while you visit the local sites .

We drove all the way from Colorado to find out that we couldnt stay here after our two day stay. We booked online the dates but then it said FF so couldnt book after the dates we entered, drove all the way 13 hours to find we couldnt stay after our two night booking. Very frustrating and angry. That really screwed us. You need to fix your website! So so bummed and waste of money.

Very nice spot, dump station was closed though which led to a backup at the other location.

Furnace Creek campground is centrally located in the park next to the Visitors Center. It has very clean bathrooms and easy to find sites that are very level. Campground hosts readily available. Highly recommend!

We usually prefer full hookups but they're in limited supply so we tried camping w/o it & found it fine for 3 nights. The site (#82) was long & spacious for the 2 of us in a 28 foot trailer with truck. The restroom was clean & close by. There was a 6 sink dishwashing station near the restrooms. It could have used a light. There were no trashcans aside from the dumpstation on the way out but that might have actually helped keep it cleaner. No complaints. Ubehebe Crater was worth the drive & the discussion by the guide at Golden Canyon was thought provoking.

The bathrooms were clean and the site was exactly as advertised. It would have been helpful to know about the dump station location and water situation before arriving at the campground. We arrived around 5 pm and clear information was a little difficult to find.

Death Valley National Park is a wonder to visit and explore. The campground was only OK. Due to a water line replacement we had to boil water. Worse things can happen for sure but it was a bit iof a pain. Campground was pretty noisy but with no trees or anything to absorb sound that must be pretty normal. I would stay again just to visit the Park, but my expectations would be more properly set before hand.

It was nice but they need to re-do the signs for locating campsites, come on.

We stayed in #31 the first night and I liked that spot better than #82 which we had to move to. #31 had more privacy. The racetrack is a must see!!! The only downfall I see with Death Valley is you can't take your dogs on any of the trails. And if you need gasoline go to Stovepipe Wells, it's over 2 dollars a gallon cheaper then Furnace Creek.

Campground has good space around it. We were in 82 and had nice space behind us with plants blocking the people behind us. My only wish is that more sites has electrical, only because we had a baby with us, but it wouldnt stop us from staying here again.
