The campsite itself is adequately spaced, and the campers generally respect the environment that they are in. Only one camper kept their generator on while they left the campground. The restaurants are a little pricey, but then we are camping, aren't we? A wonderful addition was access to the pool which was very refreshing at the end of the day.We found that 3 full days was optimum.

Love this campground, notable new visitor center plus improvements with the campgrounds.

The Ranger at check-in was very nice and helpful. We were in site 44, which had a big tree so there was shade.

Had a nice 3 day weekend out in furnace creek. The campground was nice and clean and overall nice and quiet considering that it was full. It was a last minute booking that must have been someone else cancelling so it worked out great to get the spot. The rv water fill station and dump station were nice and no wait. The only downside was the spots were really close so it felt hard to have a fire and sit outside without disturbing your neighbors.

Nice Campground. The long sites are very nice. The only thing I didn't like is that there are no showers there. About half the sites are no hookups. Just thinking maybe even PAY SHOWERS would be nice. At least it would be an option. We stayed there for 2 weeks with no hookups, but luckily we have large tanks on our rig. But still, there should be showers. Oh you could go the Ranch at Death Valley and get a pass for $14 for one day to use the pool and showers.

The location of the campground is just perfect. It's close to all the awesome spots you may want to visit while in Death Valley. The campground is just a mile away from the Ranch at the Death Valley Resort. You can pay at hotel registration and use their pool and showers.

This is a great campground: easy to get to, firepit & outdoor table, clean and very quiet. The location provides access to nearby amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The facilities were clean and well maintained.
The generator hours were restrictive, especially when temps approach the 90s. Electric sites were running A/C most of the day, so restricting generator use to 7pm-7am was stressing battery use. Why not 10pm-7am like most camping areas

We were only able to reserve 1 night in the Furnace Creek Campground & wish that it could have been more. Site 44 is on the shady side of the road. No RV hookups, but close to the restroom. We didnt explore the amenities at Furnace Creek until just before departure & would encourage campers to do so early in your stay. We enjoyed exploring the park on our first visit & hope to spend more time there in the future. Our night walk to stargaze was a highlight!

We really enjoyed the campground. Clean, very clean, restrooms and quiet, very respectful neighbors. Titus Canyon is amust see for everyone with a vehicle capable of it.

Great location for easy access to many of Death Valley's attractions. Sites are a bit too close together (common issue at many campgrounds). But the hosts are pleasant and the facilities kept clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice sink area with potable water, and clean bathrooms with hand sanitizer available. Generally, the campsite was good, but for others who are tent camping, it's worth noting that RVs greatly outnumbered tent campers at the campground, at least when we were there in early April.

A great campground located in an amazing location. Campsites were clean neat and well spaced out. Water stations were close by and restrooms clean and well maintained. Great views from every site and everyone in the camp was nice. Rangers went out of their way to assist and answer questions. Great service and perfect interaction.
Furnace Creek is the perfect "base camp" for your time in Death Valley.. Come and enjoy your time !

The trees in the campsites are a nice surprise in Death Valley.

The campsites seem more geared toward RVs because they are VERY close together. You are pretty much butting up against your neighbors if you are tent camping. Besides that everything is great. Clean bathrooms.

Staying in the campground was a change from many years ago: blacktop camp spots, washing sinks and bathrooms. We enjoyed many wonderful drives and got to go to the Kilns this trip. Rain portends great wildflowers this spring, yes?
