Very nice clean, spacious and level sites with full hookups. We stayed in site 52 with a 32 Class C motorhome and for just be night as that was the only available full hookup site. Nice views all around the campground.

The staff are amazing, and super friendly and helpful. We loved the campsite so much. Sunrise there was incredible. Centrally located to all major sites. My favourite stop on my California road trip. Everyone must go to Death Valley at least once!

Getting a campsite is very hard. They only have about 16 that have hookups and there are people who dont use full hookups in those spots, which really isnt fair then while we where there most if not 90% of the spots where empty and they where turning people away and they had reserved on the spots. We where there for 4 days and it was mostly empty. We had to move and asked to move to the spot next to use with full hookups and was told they only use that spot in emergency, well that afternoon a couple pulled in with their Tesla and plugged it in and slept in their care I asked if they had a reservation and they said no we just asked if they had a spot .. crazy, we will go back but arent very happy on how this campground is run. If people can make reservations and then never show up thats really not fair to those who actually want to go, and I realize things happen but not for over half of the park not to show up..

Site was flat and campground was well marked and sites easy to find. This site had full hookups which was nice because it was unseasonably hot.

Weather could have been more cooperative, it being very wwindy most of the time. But as we have been going to DV most years since 1974 it is almost always GREAT, except when it rains and you close all the dirt roads. This year maybe only a 10 instead of a 10+.

Convenient location, but barren landscaping. The lack of showers was also a disappointment.

First time to Death Valley. We got lucky there was a last minute cancellation and we were able to book 3 nights. Our first stop was Zabriskie point. Such a beautiful view point. Then we did a 3 mile hike in that area. The next 2 days were spent bicycling. Beatie loop one day and artist loop the next. Both from the Furnace Creek campground. Both very beautiful and challenging.Looking forward to our next trip to Death Valley

We ran into an issue with our RV and the campground host was extremely helpful and fixed it quickly.
The location is very central and restrooms were very clean and close by.

Really appreciate how spacious the furnace creek camp sites are. We visited around end of March. First evening was really windy but the subsequent nights are perfect. Stars are amazing!

Our stay at Furnace Creek was outstanding, as always. The campground was well maintained and COVID measures were observed in a manner which was unobtrusive yet maintained safety. Overall, the park experience was superb and we look forward to returning.

Great historic sites, you’ll need to be able to walk to most sites and lots of wash board dirt roads. Leave the dogs home since most all sites are protected and dogs are not allowed! We didn’t bring our dogs and glad we didn’t since you’d have to leave them in the car!

Loved the whole experience in Death Valley!! Harmony Borax, Bridges, Salt Creek, Devils Golf Course, Volcano, Mesquite Dunes were freshly reshaped after evening winds at 40+mph.
Gas up before you arrive since gas is about 30% higher in cost!

You’ll love it!
