Nice camp sites, cute trees, ok bathrooms. The walk-in parking spots do not line up with the camp spots. So if you have site 263 for example, the parking spots in front of you might be in the 240s. This isn't a problem if you arrive during the day since the walk isn't far but many people arriving after dark had a hard time finding their parking spot and camping space. And some people arriving after dark assumed we were in their space because we were in the spot directly in front of their parking spot. It would be better if the sites could more closely match their parking spots. Also, a surprising number of mosquitos or other biting insects for such a dry area. But the campsite was centrally located and very convenient for visiting sites.

The campers kept gong back to the car, created noise all night long. Otherwise it was nice camp ground and easy access to a lot of your site and hiking trails.

The campground is in an amazing location in the park! There are more trees than I was expecting and it was nice to have flush toilets.

I've been going to Furnace creek for 23 years... The facitlities are clean, the hosts ensure we all have a great time, and the rangers at the visitor center never cease to amaze me with their knowledge. Its one of me top 5 places in the world to visit.

My family and I enjoyed staying at site 122. We fit one small 2 person tent and one 4 person tent just fine, and we still had plenty of space for our kids and dog to play. Site is close to restrooms, water and trash bins. Table and fire pit felt a bit out in the open. Site is really close to parking, but we found this area was much quieter than our other site (133) the previous night. Be aware of the ant hill on the right side, especially if you have little ones and dogs. Sunrise was beautiful at this site!

Nice campsite not far away from the designated parking spot. There was one anthill toward the back of the campsite that we set up our tent away from and didn't run into any issues. Bathroom was a short walk and very clean.

It rained most of the time we were there, but it kept the crowds down and the scenery was fantastic. Every drive and hike was amazing and so much diversity.

Loved campsite 121 and 122. They were on the outer edge of the campsite, so not surrounded by a lot of other campers. Easy walk to the bathrooms and to the potable water for washing dishes and brushing teeth. Easy drive/walk to the two hotels (the inn and the ranch) if I wanted to eat out and not cook. Also near the visitors center

There could have been a separate grill apart from the campfire

Awesome campground, stayed 3 nights, closest to the major sights. Site 122 was convenient to the parking area with a lot of large trees, and nice spacing in between the other camping sites. Came home and booked #123 for March!

We enjoyed our camping at Furnace Creek. Suggest campfires not be allowed during high winds. We had two days and nights of high winds and people still had campfires going.

Campsite 122 was a bit close to the parking lot. Noise and activity of people coming and going to their cars.

Best campground in Death Valley. A REAL campground experience, not the parking lot style garbage at Sunset or Stovepipe Wells. Located in the epicenter of the park and within 10-30 minutes of Golden Canyon, Zabriskie Point, Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes, Badwater Basin, Devil's Golf Course, etc...

Spot 122 is a nice 'mix' of walk in and drive in. You park your car real close to it. Only negative is others park close to it as well. But, the tent is nestled in a couple of the few trees. Nice
