Enjoyed this campsite very much. Site 12 is conveniently located directly across from sink station/restrooms, as well as the entrance. Nice amenities in Furnace Creek/Ranch area. Nice flat ground to pitch a tent. Was not crowded when I stayed. Well maintained.

This is a lovely campground. The camp host I met were very nice. There are many sites to see while in Furnace Creek. I highly recommend Mosaic Canyon Trail, Golden Canyon Trail, Titus Canyon Narrows, Fall Canyon Trailhead. If you'r a golfer the Furnace Creek Golf Course is a fun place to play.

The site was absolutely clean and easy to pull into. I did notice that nearby campsites remained empty while I was there, yet these sites were "reserved" when I looked online. I could only get two nites and would have enjoyed another nite. I wonder if these other sites are just closed and not available for anyone?

Loved staying at tent site 012. - Checking in was super easy -- just gave my last name, showed my America the Beautiful pass, and the employee provided us a map to our location- Site was really clean -- had a picnic table and fire pit with a grill over the top, and a long driveway for 2 cars (or 1 vehicle with a hitch)- Really convenient access to the bathroom with running toilets and sinks, and a dishwashing area. The sinks in the bathroom and the dishwashing area do NOT have soap!- Beautiful view of the mountains - Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper -- our neighbor the next site over snored very, very loudly - Really convenient access to the main roads and the neighboring visitor center- Bring your own firewood!!! We got ours in Victorville at the Lowe's and Stater Bros. - There was a camp host on site for us at the time We really loved our time here, and would definitely stay here again!

All was ok, but it is incredible not having internet / phone signals in the whole park. The private lodge has so no technical impediment to have.. it is the most critical park (risks due to high temperatures) to have internet / phone signal. This is a big demerit.

Safe, quiet campground.Neighbors were neat & respectful.

Nice night sky. Generally quiet Campground. One distraction is cars coming in at night with lights on and it's disturbing

The campground was fine. The bathrooms were not cleaned often enough. Someone left beer cans and cigarette butts and it was still there for two days

This was a surprisingly disappointing stay at a NPS campground, it was extremely noisy all night with people in big RVs running generators all night long. Camp hosts / rangers etc. were not even pretending to enforce quiet hours, which was a real disappointment. Not many places to stay during the winter there in the park so I'll probably be back there again but plan on wearing earplugs to sleep, it will be noisy!

Restrooms are clean, very quite place, only thing I missed is showers, it will be really good if 2 showers have been installed per restrooms.

The campground and restroom facilities with flushing toilets were very clean. We hit it with the highs in the low to mid 80s and lows in the 60s which ended up being perfect for our daytime hikes and sight seeing and nighttime sky photography. We had an excellent time.

A little crowded but beautiful views if you can get a spot on the outer edge as you drive in. Bathroom clean, appreciate the hand sanitizer. Great location to see some of the variety of terrain in this other-worldly national park!

We had a great time at this campground. It was very peaceful and quiet. Not to mention, a great spot to see a lot of stars. The campground hosts were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. I recommend staying at this campground.

Campsite had a beautiful Mountain View, clean flush toilets, and was relatively quiet (winter; mid-week). Great location if you want to do a sunset or sunrise hike at Golden Canyon or Zabriskie Point

We loved the campground and the horizon which came with it. Not much tree cover but hey this is Death Valley. Borax harmony works was close. We only had one night of partial sky but it was cloudy. This is amazing campground. I would stay again....hopefully sooner

Very Clean Facility. Friendly Staff. We stayed 2 nights here in November 2019, in a non hookup spot with our camper. No complaints. We didnt spend much time in the campground as we were sight seeing, but while we were there it was pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
