Nice campground. Was lucking enough to get a full hookup site. Out of the 136 sites, only 18 have full hookups. Short walk and path to visitors center.

Loved our time at the camp ground and super appreciated the access to large water drinking faucets throughout the camp ground. The volunteer camp hosts where great and kept us informed about changes happening around the campsite. And the visitor center was just a short walk away!

Nice CG with good amenities. Close to Visitors' Center, ranch and it's amenities. Warning though, if you are new to visiting fuel, groceries, and more are very expensive so plan accordingly. Also cell and internet service in Furnace Creek are is 'iffy' at best and almost in not non non-existent once you travel away from Furnace Creek. Otherwise stay informed to closures, etc. either via the NPS website or info at the Visitors Center. Most of all, have fun; it is your vacation!

Great campsite. Quiet, beautiful views. Nice walk to the visitor center. (The speed bumps did make late night arrivals and early morning departures more noticeable but not much you can do about that.)

Campground was great except one of the campers had a large fire and there were high winds. Sparks were flying everywhere and we felt the campground hosts could have responded more quickly to our request to talk with them. My husband went over to them and doused the fire with a container of water. Honestly it was scary.

this was the most spectacular beautiful well maintained very convenient campground for our RV trip, and an added bonus we had full hookups! would highly recommend for anyone coming through death valley! we were there in march so the temperatures were fantastic for open windows and no heat or ac needed on the RV!

Amazing experience at the campground. Camp host was really helpful when we lost our firewood. Helped us to find it and provided us with more firewood to enjoy our night. We did a all hook ups camping and everything worked great.

Very good facilities and was conveniently located near the Visitor Center. It was clean and park service personnel were very helpful. my one criticism is the absence of wi-fi. This was a particular problem given that reservations require the internet and there was no internet in the entire park. This needs correcting.

The campground is plain. You have to get out and go to/drive to see Death Valley. A wonderful place. At the Visitors Center, the staff could know more about the sites to see, lack of road conditions being primary, sometimes where they are. The standard answer is carry water and know how to change a flat tire. Titus Canyon is NOT a four-wheel drive road. I followed a Subaru Forester most of the way, easy.

Be prepared to bring your own shade and watch for night winds. If you are prepared the stay is very pleasant. Keep cool in the middle of the day and do your activities in the morning or late afternoon. Our campsite had full hookups so we could use the trailer's heat pump to keep cool.

Furnace Creek was a perfect home base for exploring Death Valley National Park. It was a very nice, clean campground. We recommend hiking Gold Canyon and Mosaic Canyon and driving through Titus Canyon? It is a most memorable, exciting trip.

Well located campground in Death Valley. Campground and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Some spots are a little close to one another.

Large back in site with water and electric. The sites are well spaced so you don't sit right on top of your neighbors. Beautiful stars and very quiet. Camped the 3rd week of October and the valley floor still hit 100 deg F.
