We love Twin Knobs campground. The only thing that we were unhappy about was that the bathrooms without showers are no longer male/female but unisex. We have a pop up camper so utilize the bathrooms. I was quite uncomfortable thinking a male might be joining me. Also PLEASE ask your campers with pets to clean up after them. This was quite a problem

I love Twin Knobs campground! Had a great time! However got stuck in a long line getting in the campground, multiple times throughout my stay, because the second lane at the gate entrance was blocked with a cone.

Great week! I cant credit the campground for the perfect camping weather, but this was one of the best camping trips yet. (We have been here three times this year). Quiet, peaceful and nice! The grounds were clean and so was the bathhouse. No complaints just a very good experience!

We absolutely love camping at Twin Knobs. We camp here several times a year and have for the past 10 years. We enjoy hiking, canoeing, bicycling, playing basketball, sitting by the campfire and having family time. We always bring our dogs and they have a blast.
Excellent

The site was great, but I have never met a more hateful Camp host than the one at this location. And she was hateful for no reason. First she accused me of running over a campsite number post with my BRAND NEW van (which was miraculously unscathed from the event- because I didnt do it!) and then was incredibly hateful because I pulled into an empty campsite so my husband could hook up to the camper a few minutes before we were leaving for good. Other campers even commented about it. (Her screaming was heard at multiple sites.) Not to mention, the bathrooms stayed nasty. Or locked. (Im assuming so they didnt have to clean them???) Didnt matter what time of day it was, they were dirty with much of the same filth that had been there the day before. Weve camped dozens of times at Twin Knobs and never had a problem. The weather was great, the site was beautiful, but the camp host was a big no, sadly. (We normally love the hosts because they are friendly older couples who stop to chat.)

Beautiful clean spacious sites. Lovely lake. Neighbors were a bit loud and drunk, making noise past midnight. Id come back off season.
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
