Been coming to Twin Knobs for 35 years. Its beautiful and the staff are so friendly. Always clean and quiet. My favorite place in the world.

Despite the rain storms we had during our stay my family had an excellent time and the Lake wasn't as busy as it normally is during 4th of July Weekend.

The maintenance at the campground has went downhill. We stayed at D loop and the site was nice and clean, however, the bath house was in disrepair. One of the showers, I assumed, were out of order because the door was locked, and remained locked for the entire week. The other remaining showers water pressure could be compared to pouring water out of a bottle through a straw. It had no head pressure and it was scolding hot! The pressure issue also extended to the toilets and sinks; you can imagine the issue with the toilets. Also, forget about getting soap from the dispenser to wash your hands because it was always empty. So, other than needing to drive to another bath house in a different loop everyday to shower, our stay was ok.

Noise from nearby treatment facility is frequent and loud. Should have been warned.
