Very nice spot! Love loop A. Sure wish they would make other loops electric too, they are so nice by the lake but no electricity sites other than host

The Camp host do a great job keeping the bath houses clean. We stayed in A38The Company (Vista) needs to go back and repair the approaches to the sites to make it easier for people to get into the site. The pavement drop offs are dangerous and could cause damages to the camper or the towing vehicles. The bath houses need to be updated and modernized. This is a wonderful place to stay, but they need to do some work - they can also charge more to cover the expenses of these upgrades.

We stayed on A-38 with 2 campers. It is a very shaded spot with a very good level site on the pad. For reference, 1 camper is 37 ft. and the other 24 ft. and we lined them up on the edge against the electric. We did have to put extra blocks on the front camper as the site starts dropping at the front. The water supply was close, we needed a 75 ft. hose to reach. When we first arrived, the electric on the 30 amp breaker didn't work. After some off and on and some wiggling, it worked all weekend with no problems. We didn't go t the bath house or restrooms on this visit, so we can't review. The campground is always kept mowed and decorated, very peaceful and beautiful. The only drawback on this site is the large pieces of metal from the pad rings sticking up. We had stayed here before, so we placed objects and rugs over the metal to keep the kids from falling on them. Hosts are always nice. Great campground for feeling isolated with all of the trees.

The shower stalls in the restroom needs to be fixed where the water doesn’t run out all over the floor. This makes it extremely hard when getting dressed after a shower. Or giving children a shower.

Always a great campground. The sites feel secluded because you are in the wooded area. The lake is close by (loop A) so we left our boat in and pulled to the little cove. Sites are nice and flat, graveled, with picnic tables, lantern posts, and fire rings. We didn't try to fish much this year as the lake is so overcrowded now. No one can travel so everyone is at the lake, I guess. We just swam and boated around. The campground is a little busy on weekends, but quietens down during the week. Lots of kids riding bikes, which is great to see. The only drawback is that the electric seems to be weak. I was on a double site alone and ended up pulling my refrigerator off of electric to use propane. This always happens, but I am running two air conditioners and two refrigerators. I also wish that they had more bath houses for the loops.
