I wish there had been a warning about the condition of the road to get to the campground on the "Need to Know" section (or 'Facilities Information') on Recreation.gov. We would not have booked this campground had we known about the AWFUL 2 miles of washboard gravel road. The road shook our 1 1/2 yr old motorhome so bad, it broke one of the mounted TVs, the shower fixture landed in the bottom of the shower, and part of our awning cover fell off. (We didn't know about the awning cover until later and had to have someone drive us back down that road to look for it, with no luck.). We knew there was NO WAY we were going to travel up & down that road to Yellowstone. (We could only go 5 mph.). We left immediately to find another place to camp.

It was a very nice campground. Our neighbor was very noisy.

Park was very clean and had trash cans near by , only negative thing about it was the roads were kinda rough going into it . It’s about a 4 mile drive and very bumpy roads which without a camper was fine but with it we just had to take it very slow besides that it was a great experience .

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Road in was like a washboard in places but nothing horrific or that would keep us from staying again. Camp hosts were very helpful. There were a lot of families there with small children but the campsites are so well placed and with plenty of trees and shade, that the place was still very quiet.
