This site had great views of the lake, and it was easily accessible. My biggest complaint is the sites felt too close together. They were mostly RVs, and we were tent camping. Hearing the generator right next to us until 1030 pm wasnt great.

Mosquitos were atrocious but the spot was stunning. Had our own little beach IN our campsite and was able to just paddle board the entire time. AND had service. 10/10 recommend.

The camp ground hosts, Steve & Sharon, were excellent. They were wonderful hosts. The camp sites were clean, reservations clearly marked, and the bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed our visit very much.

Beautiful spot, great ground for non freestanding tents, bear box at every site though the area is fairly far off the main forests so bears arent a huge fear. Great signal, very comfortable spot all around. Biggest issue is the bathrooms which were INFESTED with flies, inside the hole, in the entire bathroom, just a TON of flies, basically impossible to poop comfortably. Awesome lake view though. 40 minutes or so away from Yellowstone. If not for the flies in the bathroom, basically a perfect camp site for a Yellowstone trip.
Great camp site (no electric) right on the water. There was a fit pit with a grill and a picnic table. The sites are spaced out and there is some privacy. The road at the site was pitted and a little rough. Pit toilets only with water available. The boat dock is nearby and kayaks are available for rent. There was firewood available from the camp host, and he was very nice and watched the campground. I saw him driving around to check the sites a lot. Everything was clean. There are bear containers for food storage at every site. I didn't see any bears, but they are in the area. An Arctic fox wandered around the camp sites at night and I saw a deer drinking from the lake at sunset. Pretty cool!
The campground is located in a secluded top location directly facing one of the arms of Hebgen lake. Shore spots are top notch but the whole campground is very pleasing. The host is very a friendly and nice lady and there is also a boat slope and pier where you can launch your vessel to explore the waters. Only 2 or 3 spots can enjoy water and electricity plug in but hay you are going wild there. Perfect mix of warm hospitality and wilderness. Unforgettable. The only sore point are mosquitoes that, if it’s not windy are pretty aggressive. Ste out a big fire, dress properly and use the usual repellent and you get rid of most of the troubles.

Mobile Data Speed Map
#123
If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
