Alan and the other hosts at the camp ground go above and beyond to make sure every camper has a wonderful experience. They are kind but keep the rules enforced. Everything in the campground is VERY CLEAN. My two year old daughter even said this about the toilets "daddy, these toilets smell good". Quite a compliment especially since is was a vault toilet. One of the best camping experiences we have had in years. Superb!!!!!!

Nice campground in quiet location. We chose a spot near the hill where it was more quiet. Only recommendation is to have more electric hook-ups.

We loved this campground and stayed at #40. It was secluded back away and felt more private than the other spots. Super close to everything but just far enough out of town. Great moderate hiking trail Called ElkHorn right out of the campground. We took our kids about 2 miles in, past the canyon. Stay to the left when the route starts going along the river. Youll also see a house. (If you keep straight to the Route along the river it is not suitable for kids).
