We had a great spot for the campsite. Going for walks, playing cards, listening to radio and just kicking back was how we enjoyed our stay.

Clean campsite, friendly hosts and a very friendly fishing community! Lots of free advice for new anglers. Great experience.

WAY too long of a drive straight uphill. Scenery was very good but sites too close to each other and lake unusable so not worth it to me.

We went middle of the week. It was peaceful. Camp hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful. Public bathroom was a bit rank.. that was our only complaint. We saw deer multiple times. Had some skunk family try to befriend us 2 nights in a row.. Overall a great trip

Beautiful and very well maintained campground. The camp hosts are awesome and really make this a great place to stay.

My grandson and I were scheduled at campsite 32, but we chose to move to 34. It was more secluded, nearer the outhouse, and the tent site was flat. I loved having the large bear box right by the table. All our food and coolers fit inside. The site was clean, the parking within 10 feet or so of the table. My only disappointment with the site was that the tent site was in direct sun most of the day, especially in the hottest part of the day and it got up into the 90s on Wednesday. The tent was pretty hot in the early evening.

Plans changed at the last minute and the ranger helped me get set up to camp for the night right before arrival. The process was friendly and easy. The campground itself was perfectly maintained and not too busy. 10/10 morning views and overall experience

I liked that I was able to get in quickly, set up and start enjoying the mountain.

Nice get away from the city. Highly recommend for a short vacation, 2 or 3 nights.

The campsite was nice, but there was a family in a nearby campsite (about 30 feet away) who were drinking alcohol, played loud music, spoke loudly, spoke foul language, drove cars in and out of the campsite until 2 a.m. so we could not sleep. My two young daughters and wife could not sleep either. I wanted to go tell them to be quiet, but there were about 10-12 people there at the party and since they were drinking alcohol I didn't want to upset them and get into an argument or fight. I wish there was some kind of security or a nightwatchman there to patrol the campground just to make sure everyone was abiding by the rules or at least showing some sense of manners for others and the outdoors because it wasn't a peaceful night in the mountains for my daughter's autumn vacation which was disappointing.
