Our stay was excellent. Campground host met us on arrival and showed us two areas where we could park.He also explained history of the camp and suggested that we take the northern route out of the canyon -- which was quite scenic, albeit a little tough on the last grade of the canyon - had to rest the transmission.We loved the trees there and were glad to see all were trimmed high enough for our RV. All facilities were clean and usable.One thing to note, the deer think they own the campground and are quite friendly and are appreciate if you shake the apricot tree for them!

Clean camps, beautiful sky, and over all a nice setup. The staff care about this place, so for sure nobody works at the BLM to just collect a check. Public lands are awesome and this joint is a jewel in our collective crown.

This is an awesome and decently priced place to stay with beautiful views. The only downside to this camp ground is zero shade so during the day it's miserable but at night the stars are amazing.

The Knowles camping spots are at the end of a 4 mile dirt road. Somehow we missed this info, but we made it, and we were the only ones in the entire campsite, which was cool and a little strange. It was very hot and windy, but the view was beautiful.

Hard to get to campsite but worth the effort. Most sites have canyon views. What an unexpected treat.

Site was clean and fairly quiet being close to the highway. Site very large. My main goal was to ride the western edge trail this site was a ways from the trailhead.

Site 13 was great except for the fact that you essentially are parking your rv in the turn around for the dead end road. Very clean and minimal highway noise

Price to camp is $20. With my senior discount, camp price is $10. Your charge is $8. Your charge essentially neutralizes the senior discount. Also, there is only one vault toilet at the far west end of the high north camping area, no water, and no trash service. Not really a good bargain for the added price.

Great desert campground! Road is rough but there were plenty of Subarus in camp. Stunning views. Don't miss hiking McDonald creek and Rabbit Ear Mesa. It can get pretty windy - we broke a tarp pole.

@ChazInSoCal - CA

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
