As always, we enjoyed the campground. Blue Mesa is one of our favorite trips. We were sorry to find that the visitor center hours have been cut back & the ranger talks were not nightly as they have been in the past. We hope that changes in the future. We also hope that the showers can be fixed, so traveling to another campground is no longer necessary.

Excellent post season stay for 3 nights. Attended a Dark Skies presentation with tellescope views of Saturn w/ moon Titan, Herculean star cluster, and photo telescope of Andromeda Galaxy. Good hiking in area. We don't fish so continued on to Black Canyon of the Gunnison N.P.

First time here and our family of 5 loved it! Some added bonuses to the natural beauty and fun were having hosts that were very friendly and helpful, and having some cool Ranger learning times in the amphitheater.

Great overnight stay here. Loved the presentation at night by the park ranger at the amphitheater. Restrooms were clean.

Plenty of shade in the evenings & close to amphitheater, reservoir and restroom. There really wasn’t a great spot to setup camp except next to the fire pit so we weren’t able to cook unless it wasn’t windy, which wasn’t much of the time we were there. And the main dump was a little walk away, nothing crazy but with toddlers it was difficult to make it there.

Beautiful place and the camp host, Brenda has been so helpful, our truck broke down and she helped us move to the emergency space and just been so compassionate to our circumstances.
Thank you all for your help!

This is a gem of a campground. Beautiful views, paved sites (even for non-electric) and some great hikes not to far away. We did have a ridiculous bachelor party one night, and I was concerned that the Forest Service did not regularly provide a patrol in the evening, but I think this was an unusual occurrence. I wished we had stayed a couple of nights longer. Not much for cell service.

We had a great spot close to bathroom, shade tree and amazing view of Blue Mesa. Very clean well maintained park. Close drive to go see the trees changing color. Recommend Keebler Pass road. We will be back for sure.
