Very nice campground to use after having spent the day exploring Colorado National Monument in our RV Van. We were able to get a good nights sleep before descending off the mountain the next morning at first light to start our journey east to home. Very few, if any, flat spots, we needed a lot of leveling blocks. Only a few places to get water, we only saw 2 water places marked with signs that did not clearly show where the water was. The water cannot be reached to fill RV Van water tank unless you have a really, really, REALLY long hose. We only had a regular length hose. No electric, no water at the sites.

The camp ground is high up and the view is amazing. The campground was also very quiet even though it was 1/2 full. Really enjoyed my stay.

Our site 26 was nice but allowing 12 tents and over 20 high school students to camp next to us (site15) was unacceptable. The kids are great but their host and the campground failed to teach them about campground etiquette.

Walking through our camp constantly, having too many people in one site and not quiet after ten was not clear to them.

Worst camping ever in 30 years.

We deserve a refund honestly.

When we arrived 3 tents were in our pull-through site and had to get the host to help move then tents. Not fun on 90 deg and our RV blocked the road for 30min before solving.

Shame.

Really liked this campground. Quiet, no generators running, at least when we were there. Lots of smaller campers with solar panels. A few tenters. Camp host was very nice and restrooms were clean with running water, electricity, flush toilets. It can get windy at the campsite, 15-35 mph when we were there early May 2021. Great short hikes nearby if you have small kids.
Pro Tip: if you have an RV, stop at the Colorado Welcome Center in Fruita for free water & sewer.

Beautiful; water outside the restrooms is off in late March so make sure to bring your own
