Wonderfully maintained and clean campground within walking distance of fantastic hiking trails and the visitor center.

Beautiful views of mountains & canyons from our camp site, nice walks right from the campground, saw lots of stars and the Milky Way on the clear nights! Camp hosts are friendly & attentive, bathrooms were always clean.

This is a beautiful campground, the spaces are a bit close together but all in all a nice stop over. I wish I would have had the time to explore the area more.

This was my favorite place on my travels back across the U.S. to Virginia. I wish I could have stayed a few extra nights for the scenery. The park has beautiful views.

Our site 22 was perfect for our 35’ fifth wheel and it was fairly level. The host at the campground is a great guy and very helpful. The location is close to explore Colorado National Monument. Most of the sites will not accommodate big rigs so make sure check.

Beautiful spot, but lots of other campers surrounding. Vans can use the C loop. Will do that next time.

Saddlehorn Campground was a perfect place to stay while we explored Colorado National Monument. The sites in camping area C were quiet & well spaced out. We could take short hikes and ride our bikes to longer hikes. We cant wait to return in order to see even more of this special part of Colorado!!

Wonderful campground for up to 35 foot RVs. Several of the campsites have small parking pads and steep slopes, especially on the north side of Loop B. Good idea to look at Campsitephotos.com for reference.The campground Host was one of the best we have known. He went out of his way to accommodate campers, especially for the ones who didn't have reservations. Lots of hiking trails and interpretative areas with beautiful scenery.

Absolutely amazing. The host Terry was a very kind gentleman who helped with everything. Even offered us charcoal for our fireplace if we needed it. The views are spectacular. Only complaint was spots need to be a little more level. But all in all one of the best spots we've stayed in. And Terry sure helped make it comfortable.

We live in the Grand Valley and with the price of gas being so high we opted to make reservations at Saddlehorn Campground in the Colorado National Monument. This was our third time camping at Saddlehorn and it was as nice as our other stays. The bathrooms are some of the cleanest Ive seen in a public campground! The views of the Valley, Grand Mesa and the Bookcliffs were beautiful. I enjoyed our time there and will be back again Im sure!

The sites are very close together for tenting. Some of the outer ring sites are more private. Noise was high, but that's expected w high capacity.
The area nearby was nice. The grounds are clean and baths are immaculate. The views are amazing.

The view from the campground is amazing and we found the other campers were super friendly. The toilets and faucets were very clean, the only thing missing was a shower, but you can have one at the first campsite before the park West entrance.
