Great location to visit Zion, Bryce and even Capital Reef NP. We loved the little town of Panguitch. The camp host Leah was so friendly and accommodating. She gave us a great tip to also visit a National Monument close by; Ceder Breaks.

I gave this camp site a 5 because of the clean bathrooms, and it is close to the hiking trails. I especially liked the friendly onsite person keeping an eye on the campsite.

For one, the drive up through the monument to the campground was stunning. The campground itself is neatly and easily laid out. I stayed in B 21 which was quiet and close to the (clean) bathrooms. The host was friendly and drove around the grounds multiple times to make sure all was going well for everyone. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice campground in a beautiful park. Only thing it needs is one more bathroom facility for the amount of people.

The campground host Terry is very friendly and helpful. Recycling is well organized as some campgrounds do not offer this service.

Looking forward to see the pending restroom remodel on our next trip.

Site 21 was real nice. It was level for our Popup RV, & had lots of parking space.

Tight spaces, and many sites not level. But got the best one. Quiet, clean, and nice views.

Beautiful campground with a delightful host. Very convenient to Fruita, GJ and the Colorado Monument National Park. We have stayed there many times and plan on staying many more. The only negative is that the camp sites are small and close together. It would also be nice if at least some of the sites had electrical hookups.

Beautiful area. Not all sites have views, but very clean restrooms and quiet.

Very nice campground. Good sized sites. Very friendly and helpful campground host. That's the main takeaway for anyone considering staying here.Negatives are that there does not seem to be any limit on the number of people and vehicles that can camp at a campsite. So, we had people with 4 vehicles including a camper with 8-9 people on either side of us. That made it noisy. So, there should be a limit on the number of vehicles and people on one campsite and it needs to be strictly enforced. There was some generator use after 9 PM but that wasn't too bad.

The campground/restrooms were clean and in OK shape. It is always disturbing, however, to see the number of reserved campsites empty with no-shows when so many people are looking for places to camp. A better system needs to be developed in all national park and national forest campgrounds. More penalties?

Very nice campground with beautiful views. The road to the campground is steep and narrow with a couple of tunnels. Check for height restrictions if bringing an RV. We have a 28 ft travel trailer and we were fine.

We love Saddlehorn: we have stayed here many times in the past and will do so in the future. It's a beautiful campground with excellent views of the surrounding mountains. The trails are well maintained and multiple hiking opportunities in the park allow visitors to avoid crowding up on top of each other.
During our last visit our camp host was extremely helpful. We reserved for 2 nights - but had to select 2 different sites because none were available for both nights. We mentioned this to our host before we settled in and he helped us find a site in a location that had just became available for both of the evenings we were staying. This made our trip even better than expected - and we always have great expectations when we stay at Saddlehorn.
We will be staying here again in August and are looking forward to seeing our host again!

This is a well kept beautiful campground. Access to the National Monument for hiking, biking and sight seeing is excellent, and access to Fruita and Grand Junction is convenient. The bathrooms and common areas are kept clean and the campground host and park staff are helpful and friendly. The only issue I have is that most of the camp sites are small and not level, but that is understandable given the spectacular natural terrain.

Please make reservations available in Loop C, the tent only, no generator section. We reserved in advance, and had to go to the generator allowed area. It was extremely noisy...one RV had a 4 KW generator...which is large enough to power an entire home. We eventually moved to the tent only area to get away from the noise. The campsites are too close together in the RV area. We loved the tent only loop! Some sites are far enough apart for some privacy. Also helpful would be a sign in the campground indicating if a loop was full to eliminate the RV's driving through who are looking for an open site.
